  • June 25th: Arrive in Antigua.  Please be mindful that check in is at 3pm on June 25th, 2027.   The Opening Chapter Welcome Private Cocktail Reception and Onsite Club after dinner
  • June 26th:  Eat Breakfast. Day At Leisure.  I LOVE SOCA club outing 11:30PM
  • June 27th:   Day At Leisure Chapter After Dark Private Pool Party 7pm-11pm 
  • June 28th:   Character Connections & Private Farewell Dinner
  • June 29th:  Depart for home
 

Q&A's

  1. Q: Are men allowed to come on the trip?  Yes, this is a Co-Ed trip 
  2. Do you need your passport to book the reservation? No, long as you have your passport before departure you can book. 
  3. Is the bedding guaranteed? NO, 1 King bed or 2 queen beds are subject to availability at time of check in. To guarantee your bedding type you can go online 14 days prior and pay a $65 fee to guarantee your bedding preference.  
  4. Do me and my roommate have to make payments together? NO, if you would like to be on separate invoices book a single reservation and message me to advise of who your roommate is. I will merge the reservations together to update double occupancy. pricing. 
  5. What airport do we fly into? ANU
  6. Is cancel for any reason travel insurance recommended? YES, protect your investment. All Payments are not transferrable and non-refundable.

Please read this policy carefully before making your reservation.

Because this retreat is organized under contractual agreements with the resort, suppliers, and event vendors, all payments made toward the Book Lovers & Friends Retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy applies to:

  • Initial deposits
  • Monthly payments
  • Final payments
  • Event fees
  • Optional add-ons and excursions (unless otherwise stated by the supplier)

Once a payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, or transfers to another person, reservation, or future event will be permitted, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal schedule changes
  • Illness or injury
  • Family emergencies
  • Work conflicts
  • Airline schedule changes
  • Visa or passport issues

 

Travel Protection

To help protect your investment, travel insurance is strongly recommended and should be purchased as soon as your initial deposit is made. Depending on the policy purchased, travel insurance may provide coverage for certain unforeseen events that force you to cancel or interrupt your trip.

By submitting a reservation and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
