Is there a shuttle from the airport to the hotel?
Yes! We will provide ONE scheduled airport pickup for groups of 30 or more arriving by 2:30 pm. The Royal Splendor Travel team is delighted to assist with coordinating your flights to match this timing.

Can I drive to the hotel?
Certainly! Please indicate on your registration form if you plan to drive. We'll need your vehicle details for hotel records. For added fun, we recommend carpooling with fellow Royals.

Is your event mobility-friendly?
Absolutely! At Royal Splendor Travel, we believe that unforgettable journeys should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone. We proudly welcome guests who may need mobility support. Our tours comfortably accommodate canes, walkers, and foldable travel scooters (weighing up to 60 lbs), which can be safely stored in the motorcoach’s luggage compartment. Guests or their companions must be able to load and unload these devices independently.

While our RST team and drivers are always happy to lend a friendly hand when they can, travelers should be prepared to manage their equipment throughout the trip.

Do we have to sign up for the entire event?
Yes, full-event registration is required to ensure a seamless and delightful experience. Signing up for the complete tour ensures you enjoy every specially planned activity, meal, and memorable moment from beginning to end!

Do we have to stay at the hotel that is offered to us?
Our carefully chosen accommodations are included in your Royal tour price and experience. Staying together makes daily activities, evening gatherings, and spontaneous fun convenient and enjoyable.

How many people can stay in a room?
Each hotel room comfortably accommodates up to two guests.

Are Accessible Rooms Available Upon Request?
Yes, accessible (handicapped) rooms are available upon request. Please note that these rooms typically feature one King or Queen bed, as space limitations often prevent the inclusion of two beds.  If you require an accessible room, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Early requests are encouraged, as availability may be limited. 

I need a roommate. Can you help me find one?
Yes, absolutely! If you travel solo but would like to share a room, we can help match you with a potential roommate. While we can’t guarantee a perfect match, we’ll do our best to try to pair you with someone compatible.  Our goal is to help every Royal feel comfortable, connected, and cared for because no one should miss out on the adventure!

I want to register now, but I'm still waiting to hear back from my friends, who will be my roommates.  Should I wait?
There's no need to wait—go ahead and register! We strongly recommend reserving your spot early, as space is limited, and tours often fill quickly.  To confirm a roommate, please let us know in the registration form. Once your friend signs up, we'll note your preference and update your room assignment. Reserving early ensures you won’t miss out, and we’ll work with you to finalize all the details!

I have food restrictions and allergies. Will you be able to accommodate my needs?  
Yes, we’ll do our very best! Please list any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special meal needs on your registration form. We will work closely with the hotel chef and dining staff to coordinate accommodations whenever possible. While we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled, your comfort and well-being are important to us, and we’ll make every reasonable effort to support your needs.

What does a Continental Breakfast include?

Should I bring snacks?
Yes, we recommend bringing a few snacks and a refillable water bottle!  While lunch is not included, you will have free time daily to purchase lunch during our tours. Having snacks and water on hand is a great way to stay energized and refreshed throughout the day, especially during longer excursions.  Consider packing easy, travel-friendly items like granola bars, trail mix, fruit snacks, and a water bottle to keep you hydrated.

How do I change my credit card on file?

I noticed an error on my registration page; how do I correct it?
For any reservation modifications after you have registered, please email RST at travel@royalsplendortravel.com.

We offer a travel insurance plan through Travelex Insurance Services for your convenience.  For more information and rates, refer to the 360° Group "Premier" flyer below or mailed with your trip information packet. Pre-existing medical condition exclusion waiver: This is waived when a traveler is medically able to travel at the time of plan purchase, and the plan is purchased at or before final payment.
