Thank you for your request to book an amazing trip with Destins by Dorsey, LLC Travel Agency! Please complete the travel inquiry form in its entirety. Each form includes ONE destination. If you would like multiple destinations, please complete a separate form for each additional destination. We will provide your travel quote within 5 - 7 days of receiving your completed request form and paid research/retainer fee. Please note that the research/retainer fee is mandatory, final non-refundable, and non-transferable upon receipt.  Travel quotes will be provided once both the client inquiry form and research/retainer fee have been received. We look forward to helping you plan less and travel more!

What we do:

  • We currently book full-service travel packages, including all-inclusive resorts, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, and excursions/tours!
  • If you're celebrating a birthday, family vacation, bachelorette party, girls' getaway, baecation, or bros weekend, destination wedding, you name it; we are here to help you curate the best vacation experience!
 
Retainer:
We charge a small ONE-TIME, non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee depending on the size of your group to begin the travel planning process. This helps to ensure our clients are serious about utilizing our services and is in place for:
  1. Our time in consultation (Text, Call, Zoom Video Conference, and/or Email)
  2. Research, pricing, and vendor negotiation 
  3. Processing payments on behalf of your travel party
  4. Support before, during, and post-travel
  5. Advocating on behalf of your travel party
  6. Modifying booking in any capacity after booking
 
30-Minute Travel Consultation: 
After completing the Travel Inquiry Form, please schedule a Travel Consult Meeting.  During this meeting, we will discuss your unique travel style, must-haves, wish list, and every other important detail that will assist in planning a getaway that is specially tailored to you! 
 
How to Submit the Booking/Retainer Fee:
  1. Select Book Now for either the Flexible/Free Independent Traveler or  Group Trip Booking
  2. Select the # of Travelers (1 is the only option as this is a one-time fee, NOT per person)
  3. Select 'Continue to Traveler Info'
  4. Complete the Travel Inquiry Form for the Primary Traveler
  5. Select 'Continue to Payment'
  6. Enter credit card information
  7. Submit Payment

Flexible/Free Independent Traveler - 4 Hotel/ Resort rooms or fewer ONLY!

To qualify as a Flexible/Free Independent Traveler (FIT), you must book four (4) or fewer hotel/resort rooms. Bookings of five (5) or more hotel/resort rooms do not qualify as a FIT booking.  
 
This retainer fee is non-refundable and is not applied to your vacation package balance.
 
This service includes white glove and concierge service in addition to the initial research and proposal for your travel experience to your chosen destination. During our consultation, we will review your Trip Inquiry form in detail, discuss our processes and answer any questions that you have.

Five (5) or more hotel/resort rooms must be booked to qualify as a group.  Bookings of fewer than five (5) hotel/resort rooms do not qualify as a group booking.  Deposits amounts are subject to increase with less than five (5) rooms booked.
