Please note that we offer two payment options:
Your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been fully received and processed. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please account for the processing time, as we cannot move forward with securing your travel arrangements until the funds have cleared.
Once your final payment is received, here’s what to expect:
✅ Travel Documents: You’ll receive your full set of travel documents 14–21 days before departure. This includes your itinerary, confirmation details, and any other important information for your trip.
📞 Pre-Departure Call: Want to go over everything with your group? We offer a pre-departure call that can be scheduled within 30 days of your trip. It’s the perfect time to ask questions and get excited!

Any changes to your flights, room type, occupancy, or category after your booking has been confirmed will be subject to the current rate at the time the change is made. The updated pricing will replace your original rate and may be higher than the initial booking price. Change fees may apply.
By declining travel insurance, I acknowledge that I am choosing to travel without coverage. I understand that if I select this option, I will not be eligible for reimbursement and risk losing up to 100% of my trip costs in the event of cancellation, interruption, or unforeseen circumstances.
With Vacation Protection Plan Plus, if you decide to cancel, your money will be refunded in the method you paid, minus the insurance cost.
Remember, if you decide to get insurance, it also has to be paid with the deposit.
Please also note that getting travel protection is a preventative measure and would not be refunded in the event you do not use it.
