  • September 25th, 2025 - $100 deposit due to reserve a room.

  • October 1st, 2025 - Remaining balance is due

Reminders:

  • To be included in Delaney and Dalton’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Delaney and Dalton with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.

 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before September 24th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after September 24th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

  • Marival Armony will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
