Itinerary:

Day 1: Thursday, Oct 15, 2026 – Arrival & Ghanaian Cultural Welcome

Location: Kotoka International Airport, Accra

• • Arrival at Kotoka International Airport, Accra, Ghana
  • Warm Ghanaian welcome with traditional drummers & dancers
  • Cultural welcome: Guests adorned with kente sashes
  • Group Transfer to Hotel In Accra: Check-in & Refresh

Evening: Welcome Dinner, brief orientation, and live Acoustic Highlife music with cultural dance, followed by The DaVyne Experience.

Overnight: Accra

Day 2: Friday, Oct 16, 2026 – Accra City Tour & Cultural Sites

Location:  Accra

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Visit Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park
• Tour the W.E.B. DuBois Memorial Centre for Pan-African Culture.
• Stop at Independence Arch & Black Star Square
• Lunch at Buka or a local Ghanaian restaurant
• Explore Makola Market and Art Centre (shopping and interaction with artisans)
• Relaxation at Labadi Beach (Live percussion drumming session at sunset, DaVyne Experience)
• Beach Party and Drinks 

Evening: Dj DaVyne Experience Welcome Party - Dashiki Party  House Music, Afro House, Amapiano, & Afro Beat

Overnight: Accra

Day 3: Saturday, Oct 17, 2026 – Akosombo Boat Cruise & Island Party

Location: Akosombo / Lake Volta

• Early breakfast and departure to Akosombo (approx. 2 hr drive)
• Board Dodi Princess II for the Lake Volta cruise to Dodi Island

• Live music & DJ set on board (Afrobeats + Dj DaVyne Experience Highlife)
• Buffet lunch and local drinks served on the boat
• Sunset views and dinner overlooking Lake Volta
• Return to shore by late afternoon
• Check in at the Hotel in Akosombo
• Dinner Overlooking Lake

Evening: Bonfire & Dance  under the Stars with Afrobeat  with DaVyne Music & Comedy

Overnight: Akosombo

Day 4: Sunday, Oct 18, 2026 – Leisure & Community Interaction in Akosombo

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Visit Akosombo Dam & the Volta River scenic area
• Optional: Visit a nearby local school or community center for a cultural exchange
• Traditional lunch and storytelling session
• Sunset group photo at Volta viewpoint

Evening: Dance Night Life –Afrobeat Experience at a top nightlife Spot, DaVyne Experience

Overnight: Akosombo

Day 5: Monday, Oct 19, 2026 – Accra Beach Day & Wellness

• Day at Labadi Beach  - private relaxation
• Optional: Yoga, Spa treatments, or drum lessons 

Evening Chill, Dj Beach Vibes Session Dj DaVyne Experience

Overnight: Accra

Day 6: Tuesday, Oct 20, 2026 – Cape Coast: History & Reflection

• Breakfast and departure to Cape Coast (approx. 4-hour drive)
• Check in at Hotel Beach Resort
• Afternoon tour to Cape Coast Castle – Visit, “Door of No Return”
• Storytelling and historical reflection circle by the beach

Evening: Bonfire remembrance session with African chants or poetry & DaVyne Experience.

Overnight: Cape Coast

Day 7: Wednesday, October 21, 2026 – Kakum National Park & Elmina Castle

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Morning hike to Kakum National Park – canopy walk and nature exploration
• Visit Elmina Castle in the afternoon
• Lunch at Local Ghanaian Restaurant
• Return to the hotel for rest or optional beach activities
• Cultural dance performance

Evening: Cultural Dance Performance + Live Drums & DJ Fusion

Overnight: Cape Coast

Day 8: Thursday, October 22, 2026 – Return to Accra & Free Time

• Breakfast and checkout
• Drive back to Accra (approx. 3.5-4 hrs)
