Each day is designed with intention - guiding you through a full- body, full heart transformation. While the exact activities will be shared in your welcome packet, here's a look at the heart behind each day.

  Arrival and begin grounding. Reconnect with your breath, your truth, and yourself in a private, soft space welcome circle. 
 
Day 2: Shift Your Gear
  Let go of emotional baggage and lean into mindset shifts, healing, clarity and forgiveness. Movements and release will be a part of this day's healing.
 
Day 3: Petals of Purpose
Explore your identity, connect with your why, and begin casting vision of the woman you're becoming. 
 
Day 4: Ride Forward
Celebrate breakthroughs and declare what you're walking into. We'll be cooking up more than just meal expect a hands-on farewell experience that's full of reflection and flavor.
 
Day 5: Gentle Goodbyes for Now
  Close with softness. Reflect on your journey. Return home full not just in your suitcase but emotionally and spiritually.

Cancellation Policy:

 
All payment including the initial deposit are non- refundable and non-transferable. 
 
No change, substitutions, or guest transfers are allowed under any circumstances. This why travel insurance is strongly encouraged to protect your investment in case of emergencies or natural disasters. 
 
Should Lavishly Own Your Petals Retreat be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all guests will be given the option to apply their payment towards a future retreat with available space. If the retreat is higher in cost, you will be responsible for paying the difference. 
 
A cancellation penalty of $435 per person will be assessed if canceled on or after 2/1/2026

Private Sessions are only available on Friday & Thursday.
