Please Note: Your investment includes luxury accommodations, roundtrip airport transfers, all-inclusive meals and beverages, four transformational workshops, a licensed therapist-led session, The Mind Transformation Workbook, a professional beach photoshoot, a curated Paint & Sip island experience with refreshments, transportation to all scheduled retreat activities, a welcome brunch, farewell dinner, exclusive welcome gift, 60 -Day Self Care eBook, Travel Insurance Credit (you have up to 10 months to retrieve and use your credit towards a LLT and /or LYOP future trip), thoughtfully curated experiences designed to support your personal growth and transformation. Once you arrive, we’ve taken care of the details so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Women are encouraged to invite a sister, friend, or loved one to share this journey together. Shared accommodations are designed for two women per room, while guests seeking additional privacy may reserve a solo occupancy package, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

 
All payment including the initial deposit are non- refundable and non-transferable. 
 
No change, substitutions, or guest transfers are allowed under any circumstances. This why travel insurance is strongly encouraged to protect your investment in case of emergencies or natural disasters. 
 
Should Lavishly Own Your Petals Retreat be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all guests will be given the option to apply their payment towards a future retreat with available space. If the retreat is higher in cost, you will be responsible for paying the difference. 
 
A per person  cancellation penalty will be assessed if canceled on or after 1/1/2027.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

We’ve made preparing for your retreat simple. Below you’ll find important travel information to help you arrive in Curaçao feeling confident, prepared, and ready for an unforgettable transformational experience.

✈️ Passport Requirements

A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Curaçao.

Your passport expiration date must be later than June 2028 to attend this retreat. If your passport expires before then, we strongly recommend renewing it as soon as possible.

Please ensure your passport is in good condition and that the name on your passport matches your airline ticket exactly.

🛫 Flight Information

Flights are not included in your retreat package but may be added upon request.

All attendees are responsible for booking flights that arrive at Hato International Airport (CUR) on June 18, 2027, and depart on June 21, 2027.

To ensure your airport transportation is scheduled correctly, your complete flight itinerary must be submitted no later than March 1, 2027.

📍 Arrival Instructions

Upon arrival at Hato International Airport, collect your luggage and proceed through Customs.

Detailed arrival instructions, your airport transfer meeting location, emergency contact information, and final travel details will be included in your personalized travel documents.

🚐 Airport Transfers

Roundtrip airport transportation between Hato International Airport and Zoëtry Curaçao Resort & Spa is included in your retreat package.

Airport transfers will be arranged based on the flight information you submit before the deadline.

🛡️ Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every attendee.

Travel insurance helps protect your investment in the event of trip cancellation, flight delays, lost luggage, medical emergencies, or other unexpected travel interruptions.

💵 Currency

The official currency of Curaçao is the Netherlands Antillean Guilder (ANG).

However, U.S. Dollars are widely accepted throughout the island, and most restaurants, shops, and attractions also accept major credit and debit cards.

☀️ Weather

June in Curaçao offers beautiful tropical weather with warm sunshine and refreshing ocean breezes.

Average daytime temperatures range between 85°F–90°F, making lightweight clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and comfortable sandals highly recommended.

You’ll be staying at Zoëtry Curaçao Resort & Spa, located approximately 10 minutes from Hato International Airport.

Additional resort information, room assignments, and check-in details will be included in your personalized travel documents.

📅 Important Deadlines

  • Retreat Deposit: Due at the time of booking to reserve your space.

  • Final Payment Due: March 1, 2027

  • Flight Submission Deadline: March 1, 2027

  • Travel Documents: Your personalized travel documents, final itinerary, airport transfer instructions, and important travel information will be emailed within 2–5 business days after your deposit has been submitted.

  • If your birthday falls during the month of the retreat and you refer three (3) women who each book and pay their retreat deposit, the Birthday Queen will receive a complimentary room upgrade while paying the Standard Package price.
 
Please Note: Subject to room availability. All three referred guests must list your name on their retreat applications, and each guest’s deposit must be received for the upgrade to be honored.

 

Flexible Payment Promise


We understand that life happens, and we’re committed to working with you whenever possible.


  • If you’re unable to make a scheduled payment, please contact us before your payment due date. Depending on your account status, a Promise to Pay (PTP) may be approved to help keep your reservation on track.

Payment Policy

• Multiple Promise to Pay arrangements may be granted throughout your payment plan, provided they are requested and approved before the payment due date. (Must be in the same month as the monthly due date)

 

• If a Promise to Pay is missed, the PTP privilege will be permanently revoked for the remainder of your payment plan.

 

• Promise to Pay arrangements will not be approved during February or March 2027. All remaining balances must be paid by the March 1, 2027, final payment deadline.

Private Sessions are only available on Thursday & Friday. 

A schedule slot will be sent with your Welcome Package.
