If your travel plans change, refund options are limited. Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@simplisticjourneys.com with your invoice number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call (813) 733-9570 to ensure your information was received. Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in penalties and fees assessed by travel suppliers. Air, car, hotel, and activity no-shows will not receive any refunds for total payments made. Simplistic Journeys, LLC reserve the right to automatically charge a cancellation fee of no less than $550 per guest plus any service fees for processing of payment to the credit card on file on day of cancellation. This fee is in addition of the Suppliers, Hotel, Car, and Air carrier fees. Refunds must be requested at the time of cancellation and any refunds due will be issued only to the original form of payment. For this Tour No refund will be permitted on the initial deposit. For this Tour No refund will be permitted if a guest voluntarily or involuntarily does not show up for their tour or terminates his/her tour in progress. Tour contracts are non-transferable. Tour date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to penalties per Simplistic Journeys, LLC , and their  suppliers penalty schedule.
