Vacation planning involves a great deal of time and the work involved is based on a lot of training and professional expertise. I research cruises, hotels, tours, activities and more to meet your specific needs as well as contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries, and much more. I provide vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give you and other travelers peace of mind.
Your fee is NOT applied to your balance. And it MUST be paid before any research is started.
Your fee is Non-Refundable/ Non-Transferrable.
Please note not providing a budget can possibly delay the start of your research.
Here is how it works:
STEP1: Select your package below and click "Book Now" Submit the travel inquiry form and one-time non-refundable/non-transferrable retainer fee

- 5-9 Travelers: $50
- 10-19 Travelers: $150
- 20 + Travelers $185
STEP 2: Select "1" for the number of travelers. There is a different place on the form to put "How many travelers are going on the trip."
STEP 3: Click "Continue to Traveler Info" and fill out the form to its entirety.
STEP 4: Click " Continue To Payment"
STEP 5: Authorize payment for planning fee of your choice.
STEP 6: Upon submission of this fee and form, please allow up to 2-5 business days to receive your quote(S).
Twenty14 Travel will start the research and planning process for your getaway and provide 2 travel quotes based on your inquiry.
Must be to ONE DESTINATION ONLY!!!

- Booking and management of trip components
- Final travel itinerary documents
- Support from the time of booking a service until you return from your trip
Once the proposal is approved and you are ready to pay the deposit, you will receive an invoice to authorize payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The planning fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Planning/Booking fees are also not reimbursable through travel insurance/protection.
Please be advised, Clients must respond to quotes and/or provided feedback within 7 days of the initial quote. I offer 1 revision to your quote within 7 days of the delivery of the initial quote. Any revisions or quotes after this is subject to a NEW FEE. If the client does not respond to the quotes and/or provide feedback within those 7 days of the initial quote being sent out, you face the risk of abandoning the quote request. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE NOT DEPOSIT READY at the time when you receive your quote, prices ARE NOT GUARANTEED and ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME.
