Reminders:

To be included in Rachel and Alex’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Contracted group rates that have been secured by Rachel and Alex with a deposit already paid on each room and they will incur penalties for guests who book outside of this block.

 

  1. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Dreams Aventuras as part of the wedding group.

  2. Rooms with a single king bed have the option of adding a roll away bed for a 3rd child guest. However supply is very limited and not guaranteed.

  3. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  4. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

  5. Dreams Aventuras, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

  6. November 9th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  7. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy to avoid delays.

  8. Rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as ocean view rooms.

  9. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.

  10. When 1 adult and 1 child are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.

  11. The third child and each additional child booking in a room will be charged the adult occupancy rate.

 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before August 25th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
  • Between August 25th, 2026 and September 25th, 2026, any cancelled room nights will be charged at 20%
  • Between September 25th, 2026, 2026 and October 25th, 2026, any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after October 25th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 

 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Dreams Aventuras will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
