- Transportation to the Oistin's Fish Fry on Friday Night
- Airfare - You will be responsible for obtaining your own airfare and once booked, please send your flight information to Michele Simon, Travel Stamp Junkees Travel Agent, so that she can arrange your roundtrip airport transportation. Please provide this no later than 30 days before departure. If it is not received by then, we cannot guarantee your transportation service and you may be responsible for obtaining your own transportation
- Travel Insurance - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (Please inquire with Travel Stamp Junkees for travel insurance options)
- Additional Shore Excursions - If you're interested in additional shore excursions outside of the Barbados Island Tour, please reach out to Michele Simon, Travel Stamp Junkees Travel Agent
- Room Service is provided at The Club Barbados Resort & Spa, but it is at your expense
- Entry and transportation for the Themed Barbados Nightlife Event
- Pricing for our accommodations is a set rate; however, accommodation availability can change at any time
- Rooms cannot be locked in until the deposit is paid and travel information (i.e. passport name, DOB, etc.) is received
- You do have the option to shorten or extend your trip. Please inquire with Travel Stamp Junkees for different date(s) pricing options
- A deposit of $300/Person is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable
- If you are in a double or triple occupancy room, all occupants must pay their deposit and provide travel information before room can be confirmed and booked
- You may pay your travel package in full at the time of booking or follow the payment plan established in your invoice
- You are responsible for making timely payments on your reservation according to the payment plan in your invoice

- Barbados has a government levy requirement for all resort guests. A fee of $24 per room per night will be charged. It is your responsibility to pay this fee at the resort at check-in. This fee applies to all incoming guests.
- The resort will request a pre-authorization of $350 per room for incidental charges. The pre-authorization will be released at check-out and subject to any items charged to the room.
- This resort DOES NOT have elevators. It is an island style boutique resort with three levels. The Ocean Loft rooms are the only rooms located on the fourth level. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH STAIRS!
- A passport is required to travel and enter Barbados
- Please make sure your passport is valid at least 6 months from this trip's travel dates
- Missing a vacation is bad enough. However, losing the money you paid for your vacation or needing medical attention is even worse. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more.

- The $300/person deposit is non-refundable
- If you cancel up to 91 days prior to arrival, a $150 fee will be charged
- If you cancel 90 to 46 days prior to arrival, 50% of your room total will be charged
- Cancelling 45 days or less prior to arrival will result in 100% penalty
