 How It Works
 
Curated Jaunts by Jonne ensures a smooth planning process so you can focus on enjoying your cruise. Here's how it works:
 

1️⃣ Choose Your Package

  • Start by selecting the Cruise Planning Package that best fits your needs.
  • Choose 1 traveler as the main point of contact for your booking. (This person will communicate with me while deciding on the itinerary.)
  • Once selected, you can customize your experience with additional services (Concierge Services, Flight Coordination, etc.). 

2️⃣ Fill Out the Cruise Inquiry Form

  • Provide details such as:
    ✔️ Preferred cruise dates
    ✔️ Budget
    ✔️ Destination & preferred cruise lines
    ✔️ Special requests (stateroom preference, celebrations, excursions, etc.)
  • If you already have a specific cruise or ship in mind, mention it in your inquiry.

3️⃣ Submit Payment

  • A non-refundable research & planning fee is required before I begin working on your request.
  • Once payment is submitted, I will begin curating your cruise options.
  • Expect your customized cruise options within 3-5 business days after submitting payment.

4️⃣ Receive Your Custom Cruise Options

  • I will provide up to three cruise options based on:
    ✔️ Cruises I’ve personally experienced
    ✔️ Cruise lines and itineraries I’ve booked for clients
    ✔️ Ships and destinations with excellent reviews and recommendations

5️⃣ Book Your Dream Cruise

  • Once you’ve chosen the best option, I’ll handle the booking process and provide ongoing support.

Agency Fees:

Curated Jaunts by Jonne charges a non-refundable research and planning fee, separate from your cruise package. This fee must be paid in full before services commence and is not applied to your trip balance.

💲 Fee: $50 per booking
📌 Includes: Research for cruise itinerary, stateroom options, and support before and during travel.

Details:
✔️ Valid for 1 traveler as the main contact (can include up to 5 travelers in the booking).
✔️ Research for 1 cruise itinerary.
✔️ Up to 3 cruise options (different cruise lines, ships, or sailing dates).
✔️ Additional cruise itineraries: $40 per itinerary thereafter.
✔️ Research fees valid for 7 business days.

🛳️ Small Group Cruises

💲 Fee: $55 per booking
📌 Includes: Research for cruise itinerary, stateroom options, and support before and during travel.

Details:
✔️ Valid for 1 traveler as the main contact (group size: 6-9 travelers).
✔️ Research for 1 cruise itinerary.
✔️ Up to 3 cruise options (different cruise lines, ships, or sailing dates).
✔️ Additional cruise itineraries: $45 per itinerary thereafter.
✔️ Research fees valid for 7 business days.

💲 Fee: $75 per booking
📌 Includes: Research for cruise itinerary, stateroom options, and support before and during travel.

Details:
✔️ Valid for 1 traveler as the main contact (group size: 10+ cabins).
✔️ Research for 1 cruise itinerary.
✔️ Up to 3 cruise options (different cruise lines, ships, or sailing dates).
✔️ Additional cruise itineraries: $65 per itinerary thereafter.
✔️ Research fees valid for 7 business days.

📌 Flights and transfers are not included in cruise bookings unless requested. If you need assistance with airfare and transfers, add our Flight & Transfer Coordination Service:

✔️Private or Shared Cruise Transfers – Ensure a smooth transfer between the airport and the cruise port.

  • Domestic Flights & Transfers – $50 per traveler
  • International Flights & Transfers – $75 per traveler

✔️Private Event Spaces – Reserve exclusive dining rooms, cocktail lounges, or meeting venues onboard.
✔️Custom Group Excursions – Book private island tours, exclusive yacht charters, or VIP experiences at port.
✔️Themed Group Dinners & VIP Entertainment – Arrange chef’s table dining, private mixology classes, or themed events.
✔️Exclusive Onboard Activities – Secure private entertainment, casino nights, or networking events.

🛑 Final Payment Deadlines
✔️ Cruises: Balance due 90-120 days before departure (varies by cruise line).
✔️ Last-Minute Trips: If your cruise departs within 90-120 days, full payment may be required at booking (varies by cruise line).

Agency Fees Refund Policy:

Curated Jaunts by Jonne LLC requires fees related to the research, planning, and booking of each trip and trip activities. Agency fees are non-refundable and will not be applied to the balance of your trip. Services will not be rendered until fees are paid in full.
