We get it. Life happens. Here is our policy in plain language.
Your Ticket is non-refundable. The amount you paid at booking is non-refundable under any circumstance. This covers our upfront costs (motor coach deposit, venue deposits, administrative fees) that we commit as soon as you book.

Transferability. If you cannot go, you may transfer your seat to another person at no charge, as long as written notice is provided at least 14 days before departure and the new participant signs all required documents.
Trip Cancellation by Us. If we cancel the trip for any reason, you receive a full refund (including your deposit) or a credit toward a future trip.
Travel Insurance. We strongly recommend travel insurance. We do not sell bus trip insurance. You purchase it directly.
How to Cancel. Email travel@somuchtoseatravel.com with the subject line 'CANCELLATION — Rust & Relics Roadtrip, April 8, 2027' and include your full name. Cancellations are effective the date we receive your email.

Tour MUST reach a minimum of 45 riders to be a guaranteed departure. Invite all your friends!

The Host for this tour is Robert Thomas Brecker III DBA So Much to Sea Travel Co., Souderton, PA, and the tour is operated by Perkiomen Tours & Travel, Pennsburg, PA (Carrier).

(I am the tour organizer. I am NOT the transportation provider.) 

Transportation is provided by Perkiomen Tours on a large motorcoach. Participants agree to follow all Carrier and driver rules, including safety instructions.

The Host is coordinating the group experience; the Carrier is responsible for operating the motorcoach. The Host is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of the Carrier, except where required by law.

 

By purchasing a seat on any bus trip booked by So Much to Sea Travel Co., the Guest agrees to the following terms.
1. Booking and Payment. A non-refundable payment of $115 is required to secure a seat. 
2. The Host may adjust the itinerary, stops, timing, meeting instructions, or route due to store closures, weather, traffic, safety concerns, Carrier requirements, or circumstances outside the Host’s control. If the tour is canceled by the Host, refunds will be issued for the tour participation  fee only. The Host is not responsible for additional costs incurred by Participants (childcare, travel to/from meeting location, purchases, etc.). All cancellations must be submitted in writing to travel@somuchtoseatravel.com.
3. Cancellation by Company. Company reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or safety concerns. If Company cancels, Guest receives a full refund or credit toward a future trip at Guest's option.
4. Travel Insurance. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Company does not provide travel insurance. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own coverage.
5. Check-In. Guest must arrive at the designated pickup location at the designated time. If Guest misses the departure, Company is not obligated to provide a refund or alternative transportation. Participants may be dropped off at the meeting location or park their vehicle only in the designated area identified by the Host. Participants agree to follow all posted signs and Host instructions regarding parking. The Host is not responsible for tickets, towing, damage, theft, or incidents involving Participant vehicles. Tour includes a buffet lunch stop at Shady Maple Smorgasbord. Participants may bring easily transportable snacks and drinks to share if they choose. Any shared snacks are optional and provided “as-is.” Participants are responsible for their own dietary needs, allergy awareness, and food safety choices.
6. Identification. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
7. Conduct. Guest agrees to behave in a respectful manner. Company reserves the right to remove any Guest whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or illegal, without refund. Participants are responsible for their own belongings and purchases at all times. The Host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. All purchases and returns are between the Participant and each store; the Host is not responsible for store pricing, policies, disputes, or returns. Participants agree to be respectful to others, store staff, and the driver; follow safety instructions; and avoid disruptive behavior.
8. Photography and Media. By participating, Guest grants Company permission to use photos and videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes, unless Guest submits a written opt-out prior to the trip.

9. Games, Giveaways, and Prize. The Host may offer games and giveaways on the motorcoach between stops. Giveaways/prizes are for fun and are not guaranteed for every participant. Items may vary and may be substituted at the Host’s discretion. The Host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged giveaway items after distribution.

10. Liability. Guest agrees to sign and comply with the Liability Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement. Company's liability is limited to the total amount paid by Guest for the trip. Participants are responsible for determining if they can safely participate (walking, stairs, carrying bags, standing in lines, etc.). Participants should notify the Host in advance of any significant accessibility needs.
11. All payments must be made immediately. Filling out this form does not confirm your spot until you pay for your ticket in full. Tickets (seats) are first-paid, first-served.  Due to EXTREME interest, no spots will be held.  There are a total of 54 seats on the motorcoach.

12.Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
