The wedding couple has reserved a block of rooms for you to choose from at the adult only, all-inclusive resort, Sandals South Coast in  Jamaica! The rooms are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. The resort is a very popular destination for weddings and groups so it can sell out. For this reason, it is asked that you reserve your room as soon as possible to ensure all guests are accommodated. 
 
The rates below and the room block setup for accommodations between the dates of, January  27th- February 2nd, 2026. A three-night minimum is required.  
 
When you are ready to book your accommodation at Sandals South Coast, please complete this form. The due date for room rates and initial deposit is  September 5th, 2025 or at the time of booking (i.e., you book a room on May 1st, the deposit is due on May 1st). 
 
Vacation package quotes are for room rates only. Guidance on air travel and travel protection will be provided, if requested. 
 
When a form is submitted, Maranda Dress (Travel Specialist, TBD Travel) will contact you within 1-2 business days via email with your personalized reservation and confirming all Information gathered Is correct. Emails may go to spam, please check your spam folder over the 48 hours after the form is submitted. 
 
**Travel outside of the contracted dates may be requested, is subject to availability and contracted rates are not guaranteed. Requests for extended travel must be confirmed by Sandals and may take 5-7 business days to be received. Please note this request in the section titled "NOTES." 
 
 
 

What's included in this trip:

  • All Inclusive Adult only resort accommodations at Sandals South Coast
  • Round Trip Transportation - to/from airport/resort
  • Gratuities (excluding the transportation gratuities)
  • Non motorized sports on property
 
 

What's not included:

  • Insurance (but can be added on separately) Insurance is strongly recommend, but not required 
  • Flights and baggage fees
 
 

Payment Schedule/Payment plan:

  • Deposit to secure your room will be due by September 5th, 2025. 
 
  • 50% of the total amount of your reservation will be due on October 17th, 2025
 
  • Final payment will be due by December 5th, 2025
 
  • Flight information will be due by December 5th, 2025 in order to set up transportation.
 
  • Payments of any amount at anytime can be paid before or in between deadlines. You can also use multiple cards, if needed. Reservation just needs to be paid by the final payment due date.
 
 

Cancellation policy

91 days or more prior to the group’s arrival date; there will be no fee for any cancellation. 

Any cancellation between 90 and 75 days prior to the group’s arrival date; the deposit becomes non refundable.  

Within 74 - 46 days prior to the group’s arrival date, 45% of full room revenue will be charged for any  cancellation. 

Any cancellation or “NO SHOW” within 45 days prior to group’s arrival date will be charged 100% penalty of the  full room revenue.

These Club Level suites are located on the beach level of the Silver Sun buildings and walk directly out onto the pristine south coast beach. Inside, the spacious open floor plan features masterfully crafted furnishings, a four-poster king-size bed, and a large Smart TV. 

A sliding barn style door within the room leads to a luxuriously appointed bathroom equipped with backlit mirrors, a modern shower/tub combination, and recessed lighting. Outside, glass doors open to a private patio equipped with a bistro set and offers stunning views of the south coast beach. 

As an exclusive Club Sandals suite, a dedicated concierge is available to handle any special requests and reservations, such as spa appointments.
