Before we dive in, there's one quick thing I want to mention...we do charge a Trip Planning Fee. 💙

Our planning fee covers the time, expertise, and personalized service that goes into creating your trip from start to finish. It allows us to give every client the attention they deserve instead of trying to juggle hundreds of bookings at once.

A few things to know:

• Your trip must be booked within 7 days of receiving your cruise proposal (or 21 days for group bookings), otherwise the planning fee becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you decide to cancel your trip after booking, the planning fee is also non-refundable and non-transferable, as the planning work has already been completed.

So...what does your planning fee include?

When you work with us, you're getting much more than someone who simply books a cruise.

We'll:

• Take the time to get to know your travel style and recommend the Carnival cruise that's the best fit for you.
• Research, compare options, and build an itinerary tailored to your budget, travel goals, and preferences.
• Help you understand exactly what travel documents you'll need before you sail.
• Walk you through travel protection options so you're covered in case life throws a curveball, whether that's trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
• Be here to answer all of those questions that pop up between now and embarkation day. (Trust us...there will be plenty!)
• Keep an eye on your reservation and notify you of any important updates or changes.
• Be your advocate before, during, and after your vacation. If something unexpected happens while you're traveling, we're only a phone call, text, or email away.
• Continue supporting you after your cruise, whether that's helping with future travel plans or answering any follow-up questions.

Our goal is simple: for you to relax and enjoy the countdown while we handle the details.
