Itinerary:
Day 1 – Arrival, Welcome Reception, & Dinner
- Arrival & Meet & Greet: Upon arrival, a dedicated representative will be waiting outside with a sign displaying your name, ready to escort you to your exclusive transfer. You’ll be transported directly to the resort, where Mackenzie will warmly welcome you and guide you through check-in process, setting the tone for a week of paradise.
- First Moments in Paradise: Enjoy welcome drinks by the pool, stroll along the beach, or dive into the incredible food and cocktails at one of the resort’s 5-star restaurants. (Yes—all food and drinks, including top-shelf alcohol, are included!)
- Welcome Reception & Dinner: As everyone arrives, we’ll gather by the pool for a Cocktail Hour, followed by our first dinner as a group. It’s the perfect chance to meet your fellow travelers and get ready for an amazing week ahead!
Day 2 – Swim with Sea Turtles & Cenote Adventure
- Swim with Sea Turtles: Kick off the trip with a once-in-a-lifetime swim alongside sea turtles, plus a refreshing dip in a stunning freshwater cenote!
- Free Time: Back at the resort, take the afternoon to lounge at the beach, hang by the pool, or join us for sunset photos in your favorite beach outfit.
- Possible turtle release at sunset at the resort (availability permitting).
Day 3 – Jungle Speedboat Adventure
- Thrill Ride: Race through a blue lagoon in a tiny speedboat that holds up to four people! Zoom across turquoise waters, explore reefs, mangroves, and the jungle before stopping for a swim and snorkel.
- Relaxation Time: After the speedboat adventure, kick back at the resort’s beautiful pools, sip a cocktail, or hit the spa. It’s your time to unwind!
Day 4 – Tulum Ruins & Dinner Experience
- Discover Tulum’s Archaeological Wonders: Walk through the breathtaking ruins of Tulum, taking in stunning Caribbean views and ancient history.
- Dinner Experience: Head back to the resort to get ready for our night out! We will enjoy a hands-on Mexican cooking class or taco tour to wrap up the day with delicious flavors and fun!
Day 5 – Free Day & Optional Dinner at the Resort
- Free Day: This is your day to relax, pamper yourself, or explore the resort at your own pace. Whether it’s lounging at the beach or booking a spa treatment, the day is yours!
- Optional Dinner @ Resort: For anyone that wants to - we will have an optional dinner together at the resort!
Day 6 – Isla Mujeres VIP Experience: Catamaran, Snorkel, Buffet & Drinks
- Sail to Isla Mujeres: Embark on a luxury catamaran across the Caribbean’s stunning turquoise waters, taking in breathtaking views as you sail.
- Snorkel Adventure: Stop at a beautiful reef for 45-60 minutes of snorkeling among colorful marine life in crystal-clear waters.
- Relax & Enjoy Onboard: Not into snorkeling? No problem—relax on deck, bask in the sun, and enjoy premium open bar service.
- VIP Beach Club Lunch: Head to a private beach club on Isla Mujeres for a delicious buffet-style meal, complete with drinks from the open bar.

Sharing A Room
Unlike other travel companies, we understand how important it is to have a good roommate that you will get along with and feel a connection with - that's why 75% of our travelers share a room. For this reason, we have a roommate pairing process where we will send you an onboarding form about four weeks before your adventure starts, which includes a questionnaire about your habits and preferences. We then use this to match you up with a compatible roommate of the same gender.
If you do prefer a single room for yourself, there is also an option for single occupancy for a little bit more!!
Booking Flights
Flights to and from your destination are not included, however transportation from the airport to the resort is included. We have travelers join us from all over the world so everyone books their own flights and we all meet on day one of your chosen adventure!
To help with organizing, we've included arrival and departure information under the 'Flights' section of this page and our Travel Experts are always on hand to help you find the best flight. Additionally, we recommend having a look on Google Flights. It's a great platform to compare flights and find the cheapest airfares, since they have a price-drop guarantee.
The Run Down: Key Milestones
4 WEEKS TO GO: The exciting part - you'll now receive your login details to the 7 Seas App. This gives you access to exclusive travel information and tips, which only becomes available once you're booked on. This is also when you will get a finalized detailed itinerary for your vacation!
2 WEEKS TO GO: We'll invite you to join a WhatsApp group, where you can chat to your fellow travelers. Introduce yourself and get to know each other a little, as you prepare for the big day.
DEPARTURE: Now you just need to turn up at the airport and begin your incredible adventure.
Payment Options:
- Book Instantly : Secure your spot with a $100 deposit or Pay in Full at the time of booking!
- Flexible Payment Options: Make payments on the trip until the due date or until it's paid in full.
- Payment Plans: There will be a recommended payment plan, but there is no penalty for not following it.
- Final Payment: Needs to be made by the due date or you will not be paid in full in time for the vacation.

Secure your spot with a $100 deposit that holds your reservation—no immediate full payment required! While it’s not mandatory to set up a payment plan, you have the option to make smaller payments leading up to the final due date of February 3rd.

- Deposits are non-refundable. However if canceled more than 90 days before the travel date, you can transfer the deposit it to another date or trip.
