- The pricing for all of these rooms is for single., double or triple occupancy. If you are needing anything else please reach out to me so that we can work together to get you what you need. ** Minimum 3 night stay is required
- Flights can be added to your room package , If you want to book flights on your own You will be responsible for letting me know. please email me all of your flight info with "Lotter/Wallace Flights" so I can send it to the resort for your airport transfers! (if you don't send me your flight info you may not have a transfer)** I WILL NEED FLIGHT INFO NO LATER THAN September 22, 2025
- To secure your room there is a $100 deposit per person , the reservation will need to be paid in full by the due date given when you book.
- Travel protection is highly recommended, but not required, please note that if you decide to purchase the travel protection the travel protection will need to be paid in full in addition to the $100 deposit per person .Travel Protection Plus - Cash Refund - ($139.99 to $284.99* per adult) - this plan is for travelers who would want to
receive a full refund in the original form of payment if plans change and need to cancel. (Highly recommended
for Corporate/Meeting/Incentive Groups)

Resort books VERY far in advance. To ensure your room meets your wants, please book with me ASAP. Once your request is received, I will confirm the dates, room category & amount via email. Once confirmation is received back, I will process deposit. Insurance is due at time of the deposit payment.

HOTEL CHECK IN &CHECK OUT: Check -in time is 3:00pm and check out is 12pm. Individual group members may contact the hotel’s front desk the day before their flight to schedule a late check out. Individual group members may contact the resort’s front desk the day before their flights to arrange their airport transfer.

- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express will be accepted for such incidental charges.
- CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GUESTS: Guests are required to provide a credit card at check in for incidentals fees (i.e.; tours, gift shop purchases, etc.)
- You can decline the card on file system, but this will prevent any charging to your room for things such as spa and excursions.

Cancellation Terms:
66+ days prior to departure:
From contract signing to 66 days prior to arrival, no cancellation penalty will apply.
65 - 36 days prior to departure:
Up to 15% of the room nights may be cancelled without penalties. Cancelations above this percentage will be charged
50% of the stay. Deposit is also non-refundable 65 days or less prior to group's arrival. 35 - 0 days prior to departure:
Any room or room night’s reduction will result in a 100% penalty.
