Fill out the trip planning form (on the next page) with as much detail as possible to receive an accurate quote. This form is for CARD PAYMENTS only! We take pride in curating your vacation plans with excellence and detail and as such, we spend a considerable time researching and comparing options to make sure you get the best possible value. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. To render our services, a non-refundable research fee is required which must be paid after submitting your form. NB. Credit/debit card processing (convenience fee) does apply. Each form is for ONE destination and ONE departure date only. If you would like multiple destinations, please fill out a separate form for each destination.
What's Included:
- One (1) destination of choice from 1 departure city and one (1) travel date only (travel dates can be revised slightly in the revision phase).
- Two initial (2) quotations/proposals will be provided within 7-10 business days and a maximum of two (2) revisions are allowed within 14 days of the initial quote.
- Two (2) hotel/accommodation options to choose from based on your budget.
- Best flight option provided per request.
- Complimentary travel consultation call to further discuss your travel plans, if needed.
- Our expertise in planning, researching and booking travel arrangements.
- Personalized destination research to design a travel package customized specifically for you.

Booking and management of all trip components (flights, accommodation, transfers) once you proceed to book with us.
- Plan & booking of Tours & Excursions in Tier 1.
- Plan & booking of birthday festivities such as restaurant reservations, on-site dinner arrangements etc in Tier 2. These concierge add-ons can also be added later, with our concierge service options (+$)
- Managing payments & delivery of trip documents prior to departure.
- Unlimited support from time of booking a travel planning service until you return from your trip.
- Bookings must be made within 30 days of approving quotation or a new research fee will apply to re-quote your package.
Booking Policies
- Please ensure that you provide the most accurate information as possible.
- After providing a quote, the quote can only be modified TWICE, before a revision fee of US$15 per revision will commence. This includes but is not limited to change of dates, change of travelers, change of locations, change of resort/hotel options, etc. Therefore, please consult with your party before submitting the form.
- After your deposit is paid, final payments are usually due 30-45 days prior to travel. If your travel dates are within 30-45 days, the full payment will need to be paid at the time of booking.
- All planning sales (fees) are final and non-refundable. Should you book elsewhere, choose to stop the planning process, decide to cancel your trip, this fee will be retained for services rendered.
How to Book:

Step 2: Select "1" for number of travelers. You can add the number of travelers for the trip on the next step.
Step 3: Click 'Continue To Traveler Info'.
Step 4: Fill the form out with as much detail as possible for your trip. Here is where you can add how many travelers.
Step 5: Click 'Continue To Payment'.
Step 6: Authorize payment for the research fee.
Step 7: Wait at least 7-10 business days for your custom quotes to be sent to you via email (check your spam/junk folder if you don't see an email from us).
Step 2: Select "1" for number of travelers. You can add the number of travelers for the trip on the next step.
Step 3: Click 'Continue To Traveler Info'.
Step 4: Fill the form out with as much detail as possible for your trip. Here is where you can add how many travelers.
Step 5: Click 'Continue To Payment'.

You will receive two (2) proposals/quote options via email WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your research fee. Two (2) revisions to this quote are allowed within 14 business days of delivery of the initial quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new research fee.
