Cancellation & Refund Policy

🔴 Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial $400 deposit per room is non-refundable under any circumstances.
🔴 Cancellations Before July 1, 2025: 75% refund of the total paid (sans deposit).
🔴 Cancellations Prior to January 1, 2026: 50% refund of total paid (sans deposit) 
🔴 Cancellations After January 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
