To begin, please complete the Travel Inquiry Form and submit payment for the planning fee. This reserves dedicated research time and allows us to design travel options tailored to your style, priorities, and pace.
What to Expect
- One inquiry per destination (choose the complex option if you require more than one destination)
- You'll receive a professional proposal with recommendations tailored to you within 5 - 7 business days once we receive your completed form and payment.
Planning Fee Policy
The planning fee is required, non-refundable, and non-transferable once submitted. Recommendations are provided only after the form and retainer are received.
Travel Curation Services
We specialize in adults-only, luxury travel experiences. Our team can assist with travel across North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the South Pacific. Whether your plans are for a Caribbean all-inclusive or a train adventure across Spain, we can assist you. Regarding cruises, our preferred partners are Celebrity, UnCruise, Virgin Voyages, Oceania, and Disney.

Standard Travel Experience - North America & Caribbean Locations

This option is designed for travelers seeking a travel experience to North America or the Caribbean and may include an all-inclusive resort, train (CA & US), or cruise, booking up to four (4) hotel/resort rooms. If your trip requires five (5) or more rooms, please select the Group Trip option.

Flexible Independent Traveler - Europe, Asia, Africa, South America

This option is designed for independent travelers booking up to four (4) hotel rooms for up to seven nights in one destination. If your trip requires five (5) or more rooms, please select Group Trip option.
Travel in this category typically includes a combination of flights, lodging, ground transportation, and activities. It may also include river cruises and ocean cruises (UK, Europe, Asia, Africa).

Flexible Independent Traveler - Multiple Destinations/Over 7 nights

Planning Fee $350 (one-time, not per room)
This option is designed for independent travelers booking up to four (4) hotel rooms for more than seven nights and/or across more than one destination. There may be an additional fee charged depending on the complexity of your request.
Travel in this category is typically highly specialized. Some examples:
- Two weeks in Portugal across three cities, include train, a portion of the El Camino, include special activities
- Two weeks in Japan across four cities, include Tokyo Japan and special activities
- Private yacht charter in the British Virgin Islands

Group Trip Planning (5+ rooms)

Planning Fee $400 (one-time, not per room) - This planning fee is paid by the Group Leader to begin the group travel planning process. If your plan is more complex or is a destination wedding, there may be an additional planning fee.
A group booking is designed for travel experiences requiring five (5) or more hotel/resort rooms. For groups of more than ten rooms, we will add a $50 administrative fee to each room (paid by the travelers, not Group Leader).
