Arrival at Dubai airport. Upon arrival, transfer from the airport to the hotel in Dubai, a destination of the 21st century. This incredible city offers myriad things to do for all types of Travelers. Check in to the hotel.

DAY 2: Oct 25 - DESERT SAFARI WITH BBQ DINNER
(OPTIONAL TOUR: Dubai Frame Visit in the morning)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel, Morning free at Leisure for Individual Activities.
03:30 PM - Pick up from the hotel lobby & proceed to Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner.
Your tour begins with an unforgettable roller coaster drive in the desert, skimming over the magnificent Sand Dunes. Later on, we proceed towards our camp with a stop en route to experience a memorable desert Sunset. A traditional welcome awaits our guests with Arabic coffee, tea, and dates while the charcoal fires and the traditional oven is lit in preparation for our evening dinner. Take some time out to relax in the Arabic tents furnished with carpets and pillows for your comfort or chill out by the campfire, while we wait for the highlight of the evening which includes a Tanoura Dance Show and an exotic Belly Performance to the rhythmic beat of Arabian music.
Our evening ends with a barbeque meal with a variety of meats and salads served beneath the starlit skies accompanied by authentic Arabic music

DAY 3: Oct 26 - HALF-DAY CITY TOUR OF DUBAI (4 HRS) & DINNER CRUISE
Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
08:30 AM - Meet your tour guide in the lobby for your city tour of Dubai.
Get acquainted with Dubai on this 4-hour tour, led by a professional guide. Experience the historical Al Bastakiya Quarter and watch Dubai’s rise from a fishing village to one of the world’s fastest-growing cities at Dubai Museum. Soak up beautiful city views on an ’Abra Water Taxi’ across Dubai Creek; browse the bustling Gold and Spice Souks; and take snapshots of the Jumeirah Mosque, whose domes and minarets echo the medieval Fatimid Style. Plus, stop to see one of Dubai’s greatest icons, the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel & capture photos from outside Atlantis on Palm Island.
01:00 PM - After sightseeing, return to the hotel.

07:30 PM - Meet in the lobby for pickup for the sunset dinner cruise
A magical evening awaits as you sail through Dubai Marina on a traditional wooden dhow. Enjoy the illuminated skyline, admire architectural marvels like the National Bank of Dubai and Chamber of Commerce, and savor a lavish international buffet dinner. This nostalgic 2-hour cruise offers a serene escape before heading back to your hotel at 22:00 Hrs
11:30 PM - After the cruise, transfer back to the hotel.

DAY 4: Oct 27 - ABU DHABI CITY TOUR
After breakfast, take a tour of Abu Dhabi.
08:30 AM—Meet in the lobby for pickup for the Abu Dhabi tour. Drive to Abu Dhabi in the morning, and spend the day touring some of the remarkable sites in the capital city of the UAE.
Abu Dhabi City Tour: Abu Dhabi Visit Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the breathtaking third-largest mosque in the world, to learn more about the religion and customs of Abu Dhabi. It is one of the world’s most impressive structures, with 82 golden-coated domes and white marble construction. Our Full Day Abu Dhabi City Tour begins in Dubai with pickup from the specified location and travels directly on Sheikh Zayed Road to Abu Dhabi’s opulent Emirates Palace, a luxury hotel. From there, the tour continues to Abu Dhabi Corniche, which has a variety of restaurants. Finally, we stop for 30 minutes at Ferrari World Theme Park for a photo stop.
05:00 PM - After the Abu Dhabi city tour, transfer back to the hotel.

DAY 5: Oct 28 - Burj Khalifa (non-Prime time hours)
After breakfast, a day at the Burj Khalifa
The world’s fastest elevator takes you through 124 levels. Explore Dubai from “At the Top” with a 360-degree panoramic view of the city, the golden desert, and the Persian Gulf. After the Burj Khalifa’s visit, you will be transferred to the hotel.

Initial Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required at registration to secure your spot.
Note: You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself unable to make a payment, please send me an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without communicating with me, your reservations will automatically be canceled.
Reservation Details
- Individual Booking: When booking your spot, ensure that you complete your registration for yourself only. If you're arranging travel with a friend, both parties should make separate bookings.
- Roommates: If you have a preferred roommate, make separate reservations and mention your roommate's name on the registration form.
- Confirmation: Your trip will be officially confirmed once we receive your completed travel registration and the required deposit.
Payment Information
- Monthly Payments: Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation. Staying up-to-date with payments will ensure there are no disruptions to your booking.
- All of your payments are non-refundable without travel protection insurance and non-transferable.
- Communication: If you anticipate any difficulty making a payment, contact us within 60 days of the next payment deadline to avoid having your reservation automatically canceled.
- Final Payment Due: August 15, 2026. It's important to note that no extensions will be granted beyond this date.
Additional Requirements
- Passport: Travelers should ensure their passport is valid for at least six months after returning home and has two or more blank pages, or some countries may not let them enter. Note that passports for children under 16 are valid for five years and adult passports for ten years, so check expiration dates carefully.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued PASSPORT.
- It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Xscape With Me Travel of any personal accommodations, such as medical or accessible room needs.
- Once you purchase your flight, you MUST notify us immediately to ensure complimentary transfers are available upon your arrival at the airport

Booking Confirmation
After receiving your deposit and completing the Travel Registration Policy, your booking will be confirmed via email. As your travel dates approach, more details, including your detailed itinerary and tips for preparation, will follow.
Cancellation policy
- This trip is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- All cancellations must be in writing.
General Terms and Conditions
- Group Organizer's Responsibilities are:
- 1. To handle all payments and payment processing.
- 2. To provide invoices to all guest(s) attending the trip to pay for their tour if applicable.
3. To provide all guest(s) with updates and balances on payments & to provide all final confirmations and
details upon FINAL PAYMENT.
- Guest(s) Responsibilities are:
- 1. To provide necessary documentation to enter any domestic or International travel.
- 2. To finance additional items or activities that are not listed.
- 3. To make all payments according to the payment plan agreed on.
- 4. All guests waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Xscape With Me Travel and affiliates,
- members, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives or their successors and assigns for injuries or
- damages of any kind suffered as a result of this vacation or any related activity. At the hotel that is there
- are any damages to the property, the guests are solely responsible for returning the property to its original
- state.
- 5. All payments will be made with Credit/Debit or Zelle. Cash is not acceptable.
- 6. Guests agree to full permission, perpetual, and worldwide for organizers to use all names, photographs,
- video, audio, or quotations in accounts or promotions in any medium.
- 7. Guests who do not sign this contract will be unable to book this vacation.
- 8. If a payment plan is chosen, the guest(s) must pay a deposit to hold their spot.
- 9. Tour organizers reserve the right to cancel this tour at any time prior to the date of the tour. Refunds of
- 100% paid to the guest will be honored under these circumstances.
- 10. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- 11. All payments to Xscape With Me Travel agency are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because
- Xscape With Me Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow
- us to obtain any
- refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your
- vacation.
- 12. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your
- invoice MUST match your passport.
- 13. Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee after the final payment date, plus any vendor
- fees.
