Upon receipt of your form and planning fee, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your quotes. Depending on the number of quotes, the process may take longer. You'll be contacted within 3-5 business days to discuss your proposal further if additional information is needed.

How to Book:

1. Choose your package below and click 'Book Now': $35 for groups of 4 or fewer, $50 for groups of 5-9, $150 for groups of 10 or more.
2. Indicate "1" in the "select travelers" drop down box; details on the total number will be requested later.
3. Proceed to 'Continue to Traveler Info' and fill out the form thoroughly.
4. Proceed to 'Continue to Payment'.
5. Authorize payment for the planning fee.
6. Allow 3-5 business days for quotes to be emailed to you. For expedited service, add a $30 rush fee.

Quote Request:

You'll receive quotes via email within 3-5 business days. Upon receiving your form, you'll have three options based on your inquiry. Two revisions to your quote are included within 3 days of the initial delivery. Any additional revisions incur a fee of $25 each. Please respond to quotes or provide feedback within 3 days of receipt to avoid abandonment of the request. Note that prices in the quote are subject to change if you're not deposit-ready at the time of receipt.

Payment plans/options:

Take Flyt gladly provides payment plans for eligible travel. However, vacation rentals/Airbnb accommodations are not eligible for payment plans, as they commonly require a 50% down payment. Final payments are usually due 45 days before travel, extending to 90 days or more for cruises. If your travel dates fall within 45 days, or for cruises within 90 days, full payment is required upon booking. Certain airfares or services may also mandate full payment upfront.

Air disclaimer:

Take Flyt strongly advises travelers to arrange their own air travel. Including air in the package can complicate changes and cancellations, and will necessitate a higher deposit. Flight prices and availability are highly unpredictable, fluctuating frequently, sometimes even hourly. Take Flyt requires cancel for any reason insurance for all flight bookings.

If you opt for a flight package, it's advisable to be prepared to make the deposit promptly to secure the quoted rate without delay.
