Join us July 22–26, 2027 for four nights of Black joy, music, culture, connection, and plenty of vacation behavior at a luxury all-inclusive resort in Jamaica.

Black Joy Weekend brings together Chicago's Black travel community and travelers from across the country for a weekend designed to bring your people together while giving you plenty of opportunities to meet new ones.

    • Parties and Curated Experiences Throughout the Weekend: Beyond our signature events, expect plenty of music, social moments, resort activities, opportunities to connect, and spontaneous "this is why we came to Jamaica" moments throughout the weekend.

Black Joy Weekend will feature a lineup of exclusive events and experiences designed to bring everyone together and celebrate Black joy throughout the weekend.

Additional tours and excursions will also be available for purchase separately on the booking page. Optional experiences are not included in the Black Joy Weekend package price.

 

Monthly payment plans are available based on your booking date. Your remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments, with final payment due on April 30, 2027.

Please keep your payments up to date. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of payments, subject to the cancellation terms of your booking.

 

 

 

Cancellation policy:
All monies paid are NON-REFUNDABLE but they are transferable to another traveler with a $50 name change fee. No name changes are allowed 60 days before arrival.  It is the sole responsibility of the addressee to inform all other parties traveling of the contents of these terms and conditions.  The booking passenger, by accepting this receipt and making payment to sublimeXcursions LLC, acknowledges that they have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions and contract for travel related services.

PRICE QUOTES: Price quotes for travel are not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed with passenger(s) FULL LEGAL names and FULL deposit payment.  All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability.  Passenger(s) agree that sublimeXcursions LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any quotes, advertisements, including on our website, resulting in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies nor is sublimeXcursions LLC responsible for any errors or omissions that occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties.   Unless otherwise noted price quotes typically do not include baggage fees, gratuities, meals, telephone calls, resort fees, incidental items, souvenirs, airport transfers, or travel insurance.

PAYMENTS: Payment schedules are set forth and due on the dates specified. Failure to pay on time can result in automatic cancellation and can lead to the forfeiture of prior payments.  Failure to remit deposits, monthly and balance due payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation.  Please contact us in ADVANCE of your payment due date if you will be unable to meet this obligation.  Without limitation, passenger(s) voluntarily hold sublimeXcursions LLC harmless for cancellation of any booking for either late payment of declination of credit card.  All major credit cards are accepted unless otherwise noted.

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. The insurane must be added to your booking within 7 days of providing names and no later than 90 days prior to departure, whichever occurs first.  Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable. 

Cancellations: You may cancel your vacation for any reason prior to departure and receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the GPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees]. All cancellations on your trip must be received up to 7 hours prior to original scheduled departure time per your documents or no later than 6 AM ET the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. A one-time change fee will be waived per person.
