Option 1: Standard Vacation Planning Deposit $50

Up to 2 double-occupancy rooms reserved. These fees are paid upfront and will be deducted from final travel packages once booked. 
 

Group Travel Fee: $50 per additional traveler for groups of 5 or more

For groups with 3 or more double-occupancy rooms (or more than 4 travelers,) requested. Group Travel Fee is in addition to other fees listed, pre-paid upfront, and non-refundable. 
Option 2: Fully Customized Travel Experience: $250

Rush Proposal Fee: $100

A la Carte Fee: Varies
Please reference per service for individual service pricing. A la Carte fees are available for clients that have the majority of their trip self-booked, and need assistance with specific elements to add to their existing itinerary. A la Carte fees are non-refundable 
 
  • Hotel Sourcing - $100 (up to 3 stops)
  • Restaurant and Night Life Recommendations - $50
  • Restaurant Recommendations / Reservations - $70 (up to 7-night trip. +$25 for 7+ nights)
  • Additional services - $50/hr
  • *Airline Reservations - $65/per person
  • Changes to booked itinerary - $99/request
  • Rush Proposal (2-3 business days) - $100

 *Please note: this system adds a 3.8% processing fee to all orders. PayPal is also accepted without card processing fees. Please send me an email if you prefer to pay with PayPal.
 

Cancellation policy:

CANCELLATIONS – Any change to a reservation (date change, rerouting, etc.) constitutes a cancellation. Please be advised that cancellations incur charges. To change a single component of your reservation after the trip has been booked and confirmed, a $99 service fee will apply. To cancel an itinerary entirely, a $99 service fee will apply in addition to any vendor-related cancellation expenses incurred. Client acknowledges that fees imposed by the airline, hotel, rail, car, or tour operator due to a cancellation can be up to 100% of the total trip cost purchased. These fees are in addition to the Research Fee described above. Please note that airline/wholesaler refunds can take up to twelve (12) weeks. 

INCREASES – Please note that all airfares, hotels and tour operator rates are subject to change without notice until payment has been made in full. Beau Voyage Trips, therefore, cannot guarantee that prices will not change, and any increase must be borne and paid for upon demand either by Beau Voyage Trips, the airline, the tour operator or the supplier of the service.

PASSENGER AND CREDIT CARD AMENDMENTS – In the best interests of the client, it is crucial to inform Beau Voyage Trips immediately of any changes to the passenger list and to review the list on a regular basis. Please provide Beau Voyage Trips with current and valid credit card information once credit card on file has expired or is no longer a valid card. This form will also be kept on file to serve as credit card authorization for all other travel arrangements made with Beau Voyage Trips.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY – The attached Important Notice to Client/Disclaimer of Liability is made a part of this Credit Card Authorization Form. Client has read and understood the above conditions and will maintain the traveler list on file with Beau Voyage Trips. Client confirms that client is an authorized signatory for the credit cards above listed.
