Welcome to Gateway to Ghana
This is not simply a vacation to Ghana. Gateway to Ghana is an intentionally curated experience created for travelers who want to explore Ghana beyond traditional tourism
For years, NaTasha Morgan has hosted international group travel experiences around the world. Gateway to Ghana represents the next evolution of that journey.
This experience blends international travel with real estate, global connection, cultural immersion, and access to people and conversations that travelers may not ordinarily encounter on a traditional vacation.
Over eight days and seven nights, you will experience the vibrancy of Accra, connect with Ghanaian industry professionals, gain insight into the local real estate market, tour selected properties and developments, experience Ghana’s beautiful coastal areas, reconnect with history at Assin Manso and Cape Coast, participate in a traditional Ghanaian naming ceremony and so much more.
This experience is especially designed for those who are curious about what it looks like to own, invest, live, build, or create opportunities in Ghana — while also experiencing the beauty, history, and culture of the country.
You do not have to be an experienced investor to attend. You simply need to arrive curious, open, and ready to experience Ghana differently.

Your seat at the table. Your gateway to opportunity.
One of the signature experiences of this journey will be The Global Access Roundtable™ — an intimate, invitation-style gathering designed to give our travelers direct access to people, perspectives, and conversations within Ghana’s real estate ecosystem.
This is not a traditional conference, seminar, or large networking event. It is a curated experience built around relationship, proximity, and access.
Guests will be introduced to members of a trusted professional network developed through real estate relationships, global business connections, and time spent building meaningful relationships on the ground in Ghana.
What makes this experience different is not simply who is speaking, but the opportunity to be in the room with them.
Guests will have the chance to hear directly from professionals working within Ghana, ask questions in an intimate setting, gain insight that goes beyond what can be found through an online search, and begin building their own understanding of the people and processes behind real estate ownership and investment in Ghana.
This is access through relationship.
You are not simply being given information. You are being invited into conversations and connections that have been cultivated personally and professionally over time.
The goal is to help shorten the distance between curiosity and clarity, between interest and understanding, and between the diaspora and the people actively working within Ghana’s real estate market.
This is your opportunity to move beyond observing from the outside and take your seat at the table.
Then, following the Roundtable, we will take the experience from the table to the terrain with curated property and development tours, allowing you to connect what you have learned with opportunities you can see firsthand.
Please note: Participating professionals are subject to availability and may change.

Instead of simply seeing Ghana, you will have opportunities to understand Ghana.
Instead of only touring properties, you will first sit at the table and learn more about how the market works.
Instead of traveling as a tourist, you will experience Ghana through the lens of possibility, heritage, ownership, and global expansion.
Welcome to your Gateway.

There’s no rushing into the experience. This day is intentionally designed for you to arrive, exhale, get comfortable, and prepare for the week ahead.
Culture • History • Heritage • Welcome Dinner
Your introduction to Ghana begins in the heart of its vibrant capital city.
We’ll spend the day exploring some of Accra’s most significant cultural and historical landmarks, connecting Ghana’s powerful past with the energy of the nation you see today.
Our Accra City Tour includes:
This evening we will have our official Gateway to Ghana Welcome Dinner.
This is our opportunity to gather around the table, connect as a group, and celebrate the journey ahead.
The Global Access Roundtable • Accra Property Tours
Today, we move from exploring Ghana to understanding opportunity in Ghana.
The morning begins with one of the signature experiences of the trip:
An intimate conversation designed to give you access to professionals and insiders within Ghana’s real estate and investment ecosystem.
Hear directly from industry professionals and local experts as we discuss topics surrounding property ownership, development, financing, legal considerations, investment opportunities, citizenship and navigating the Ghanaian real estate market.
Ask questions. Make connections. Gain perspective you simply cannot get from scrolling online.
Then we take the conversation From the Table to the Terrain.
In the afternoon, we’ll tour selected properties and developments throughout Accra, giving you the opportunity to see the market firsthand and begin connecting what you learned in the morning with real opportunities on the ground.
Your seat at the table. Your gateway to opportunity.
Special Featured Experience • Coastal Property Tours • Beach Experience
Today is about more access, relationships, and expansion.
We’ll begin with a special experience to be revealed—one designed to create a meaningful moment of connection for our group in Ghana.
From there, we head toward Ghana’s beautiful coastal region for another curated look at real estate and development opportunities.
You’ll have the chance to explore properties outside central Accra and see firsthand how lifestyle, tourism, hospitality, and property investment intersect along the coast.
As the sun begins to set, we transition from business to pleasure with a special beachside dinner experience.
Property. Possibility. Ocean views.
This is what thinking globally can look like.
Rest Day •
After several full days of exploring, networking, and discovering Ghana, today gives you space to simply enjoy being here.
Sleep in. Have a leisurely breakfast. Relax at the hotel. Explore on your own. Go Shopping. Schedule a spa treatment. Journal and Reflect. Or simply do absolutely nothing.
The day is yours to enjoy however it speaks to you..
Assin Manso Slave River • Cape Coast Castle • Naming Ceremony
Today will be one of the most meaningful days of our journey.
We travel beyond Accra for a powerful exploration of Ghana’s history and the enduring connection between Africa and its diaspora.
Our journey includes Assin Manso Slave River, a sacred historical site where enslaved Africans were taken for their final bath before being marched to the coast.
We’ll then continue to Cape Coast, where we will walk through one of Ghana’s historic slave castles and learn more about the stories, lives, resilience, and legacy connected to the transatlantic slave trade.
But the day does not end with what was lost.
We move toward reconnection.
Our experience culminates with a traditional Ghanaian Naming Ceremony—a meaningful opportunity to honor identity, ancestry, belonging, and the connection created through this journey. Each guest will learn their Ghanaian Name and leave with a keepsake to treasure this moment.
On this day, we wear All White attire in honor of our ancestors.
This is more than sightseeing.
It is remembrance. Reflection. Reconnection.
Free Day • Farewell Dinner
Today is yours.
Enjoy your final full day in Ghana at your own pace. Revisit a favorite place. Pick up last-minute treasures. Relax at the hotel. Meet up with a new connection. Or simply give yourself time to reflect on everything you’ve experienced.
This evening, we’ll come together one final time for our celebratory Farewell Dinner.
Over great food and conversation, we’ll celebrate the relationships formed, memories created, opportunities discovered, and perhaps even the new possibilities you now see for yourself.
We arrived as travelers.
We leave with connections, perspective, and a deeper relationship with Ghana.
Until We Meet Again
Enjoy your final morning before preparing for departure and your journey home. Today will indeed be lots of hugs and selfies.
But something tells us this won’t feel quite like goodbye.
You may leave Ghana with photographs and souvenirs—but you’ll also leave with new relationships, new knowledge, new possibilities, and a completely different understanding of what exists beyond your own borders.
Until we meet again…
