The Grenada Summer Resort Buyout Experience package includes:

• Roundtrip shared airport transfers between Maurice Bishop International Airport (GND) and Royalton Grenada Resort & Spa.*
• Your choice of all-inclusive accommodations.
• Unlimited dining at buffet and à la carte restaurants.
• Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
• All hotel taxes and gratuities.
• Access to all official Grenada Summer Resort Buyout Experience events hosted by Steve Davis Entertainment & Caribbean Travel Queen.

*Airport transfers are available only for guests traveling within the official group travel dates or if you book additional nights with Caribbean Travel Queen.

Additional Information

Although gratuities at the resort are included, we recommend bringing small bills ($1, $5, and $10) for airport staff, shuttle drivers, excursion guides, bartenders, housekeeping, and anyone who provides exceptional service during your stay.

Airfare

Airfare is not included.

Guests are responsible for purchasing flights to Maurice Bishop International Airport (GND) to Grenada.

To receive your complimentary airport transfers, your flight itinerary must be submitted no later than June 1, 2027 using the required Flight Information Form.

Failure to submit your flight information by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your airport transfers.

Airport transfers are provided only for guests traveling within the official group contract dates and only the dates that are booked.

Optional Travel Protection

Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended.

All payments made toward the Grenada Summer Resort Buyout Experience are 100% non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

During booking, you may request a travel insurance quote through our preferred supplier. If you purchase coverage, payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

All questions regarding coverage, claims, and reimbursements must be directed to your travel insurance provider.

You are welcome to purchase travel insurance through any provider of your choice.

Additional Expenses

Your vacation package does not include:

• Personal purchases and souvenirs
• Credit card processing fees

Resort Incidentals

The resort requires a credit card authorization of $250 per room at check-in for incidental charges.

This is a temporary authorization only and will be released by your financial institution after checkout, provided no incidental charges are incurred.

Choosing Your Room

A variety of room categories are available with either one King bed or two Queen beds.

If traveling with a roommate, both travelers must reserve the same room category and book on the same date.

Each passenger is encouraged to reserve their own stay with separate invoices. Click 1 on the dropdown and list roommates name on the form. We will link you in the room together.

Room inventory is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred room category becomes unavailable, you will need to select another available room category at the current published rate.

Reserve Your Experience

Your reservation will be confirmed once your completed registration, signed Terms & Conditions contract, and required deposit have been received.

Roommate Policy

Be mindful of who you choose to room with. If your roommate cancels voluntarily or is canceled for non-payment, your reservation will automatically be changed to single occupancy, and your invoice will reflect the new higher single occupancy rate. A new roommate can be changed. The change fee is $100 per person.

Mandatory Monthly Payments and Final Payment Deadline

A monthly payment is required on the 15th of each month.

If your payment is not received by 5:00 PM on the 20th, an automatic $50 late fee per person will be added to your invoice.

If payment is still not received by the 25th of the month, your reservation will be automatically canceled. All payments made are non-refundable.

If you wish to reinstate your reservation, a $100 reinstatement fee per person will apply, provided space is still available. Reinstatement is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

The final payment is due April 15, 2027. Any reservations not paid in full by the final due date will incur a $200.00 per person late fee on April 16, 2027.

There is NO grace period for the final payment due date.

• This fee will be automatically added to your invoice.

• After the late fee is added to your invoice, your trip must then be paid in full within 15 days or your reservation will be canceled and all monies forfeited.
  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Name and Registration

Reservations must be made using your full name as it appears on your passport. Nicknames are not permitted.

Any name change, correction, or addition of a guest will incur a $100 change fee.

For double or triple occupancy reservations, if a roommate withdraws, you will be charged the higher rate unless a replacement is found. The new roommate will also be charged a $100 name change fee.

Changes & Cancellations

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing through your last statement. No phone calls or text messages will be accepted.

• Changes after your contract is signed and deposit paid incur a $100 change fee, payable before the change is made.

• Please click “Ask a Question” in your statement to request changes.

• Upon receipt, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a link to pay the fee.

There are NO refunds or credits for ANY reason.

Flight details must be submitted via the mandatory flight form by June 1, 2027.
Pictures, texts, or emails will not be accepted.

Damage Policy

Each traveler is responsible for any damage they cause to guest rooms, public spaces, or event areas. You will not be held responsible for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by others.

Please bring a credit card or extra cash in case you are required to pay for damages.
You will not be allowed to leave the property until the damage is paid for.
