TERMS & POLICIES

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

• Final Payment Due: December 13, 2026. All balances must be paid in full by this date to avoid late fees or cancellation.

• All payments made to Destins by Dorsey d/b/a Travel Destinistas are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other vendors, refunds are not permitted. This policy allows us to offer package pricing and monthly payment options.

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents required for travel, including passports, visas, and any entry requirements. Guests should check with the appropriate consulate, embassy, or visa agency for current requirements before departure.

• Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates. Some countries may also require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.

• Travel document information provided in the trip description applies to U.S. citizens only. Non U.S. citizens are responsible for checking current entry requirements with the appropriate consulate or embassy for each country being visited.

• Reservations must be made in your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport. The name on your invoice must match your passport.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. To secure the current price, please complete your reservation and required payment as soon as possible.

• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan, and we strongly recommend adding payment due dates to your personal calendar. If you have a roommate, you are also responsible for ensuring your roommate makes timely monthly payments.

• Name changes are allowed with a $150 name change fee, plus any applicable vendor fees.

• A late payment fee of $150 per person is required after the final payment due date. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final payment deadline.

• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline listed on your account. Requests must be submitted in writing to admin@traveldestinistas.com.

• Any hotel reward points are awarded at the discretion of the hotel and are not guaranteed by Destins by Dorsey d/b/a Travel Destinistas.

GUEST CONDUCT & GROUP EXPERIENCE

Travel Destinistas is committed to creating a welcoming, enjoyable, and well coordinated experience for every traveler.

Guests are expected to treat fellow travelers, Travel Destinistas representatives, guides, drivers, vendors, hotel staff, and local partners with courtesy and respect throughout the journey.

Disruptive, threatening, unsafe, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from scheduled group activities without refund. Travel Destinistas reserves the right to take reasonable action when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, and overall experience of the group.

We travel to connect, celebrate, and create meaningful memories. Respect for the destination, the people serving us, and one another is an essential part of that experience.

PHOTO & MEDIA ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Group travel creates moments worth remembering, and photography and video may be captured during scheduled activities, excursions, celebrations, and shared experiences.

By participating in this trip, guests acknowledge that images or video featuring them may be used by Travel Destinistas for marketing, promotional materials, website content, and social media.

All content will be selected and shared thoughtfully, tastefully, and in alignment with the Travel Destinistas brand.

Guests who prefer not to be photographed or featured publicly should notify Travel Destinistas in writing before departure. While every reasonable effort will be made to respect personal boundaries, guests may appear incidentally in group photographs or background footage.
