Please understand that many destinations, especially tropical destinations, may experience brief rain showers or changing weather patterns. Rain does not result in refunds, cancellations, or rescheduled experiences.
Travelers are encouraged to pack accordingly, including comfortable walking shoes, umbrellas, ponchos, light jackets, sunscreen, and any weather-appropriate items needed for the destination.
Travelers should also remain flexible and maintain a positive attitude, as itinerary adjustments may occasionally be necessary for safety or operational reasons.

You will be booking a multi-city flight itinerary for this trip.
- Fly into: Bangkok (BKK – Suvarnabhumi International Airport)
- Fly out of: Phuket (HKT – Phuket International Airport) back to your home city
📅 Departure Timing
Due to long international travel times, you will want to depart on September 30 or October 1, depending on your flight schedule, to arrive in time for the trip start date.

You will also need to book the following internal flights:
- Bangkok → Chiang Mai (CNX – Chiang Mai International Airport)
- Chiang Mai → Phuket (HKT – Phuket International Airport)

Each traveler is responsible for booking their own flights (international and domestic).
Traces of Sunlight Travel does not book or manage flights, but we will assist with coordination and provide guidance.

Your total trip cost will be divided into equal monthly payments.
💰 Deposit Requirement
- $300 deposit per person (non-refundable)
- $200 goes toward your trip balance
- $100 curation fee is paid to Traces of Sunlight Travel
📅 Payment Schedule
- Payments begin the month after your deposit
- Final payment due August 1, 2027

Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

💰 Deposits & Fees
- All deposits are non-refundable
- The $100 curation fee to Traces of Sunlight Travel is non-refundable
- The $200 deposit paid to the supplier is non-refundable
📅 Cancellation Fees
- 60–31 days before departure: 40% of total cost
- 30–7 days before departure: 75% of total cost
- 6 days to 72 hours before departure: 100% of total cost (no refund)
⚠️ Important:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing
- No refunds for unused services
✨ Recommendation:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Traces of Sunlight Travel will NOT assist with any legal issues related to prohibited items.
Even if you will be sharing a room with someone, each traveler must complete their booking individually.
