SWAAT Society provides a non-judgmental space that supports women. Our girls trip are designed to help you relax, connect with other like-minded women, and remove your strong cape for 5 days and just bask in fun. AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we'll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance on the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge. Full payment for this trip is due by July 8, 2027.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse; therefore, we strongly recommend Travel Protection which helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more. Please take your time and research the best company for your personal preference. You can also "Google" many more options online, search "travel insurance companies," "travel insurance," or “travel protection.” If you prefer a referral, check out Allianz Travel Insurance. Please note that both roommates must agree on the insurance for the pricing to be covered. 

✈️ Saint Lucia Travel Notes:

Traveling to Saint Lucia requires a valid passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your travel dates. For this retreat, your passport must not expire before April 25, 2027. Please check your passport immediately to ensure it is current and valid. No refunds will be provided due to an expired, invalid, lost, stolen, or forgotten passport. A valid credit card will be required at resort check-in for incidentals, damages, tourism fees, and any charges not included in your vacation package. The final itinerary and travel information will be emailed approximately 30 days prior to departure. We strongly recommend that all attendees arrive in Saint Lucia on October 21, 2027, before 4:00 PM . All flights must be purchased no later than August 31, 2027. To secure your included round-trip airport transfers, your flight information must be submitted to SWAAT Travels no later than August 31, 2027. Failure to submit your flight information by August 31, 2027, may result in forfeiture of your airport transportation without refund. Participants are responsible for monitoring their own airline reservations and notifying SWAAT Travels of any flight changes that may impact airport transfers.

TERMS & POLICIES

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. By making a reservation and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, policies, waivers, and disclosures associated with this trip. All deposits and payments made to SWAAT Travels and/or SWAAT Society are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt. SWAAT Travels enters into contractual agreements with resorts, transportation providers, excursion operators, and other travel vendors that do not permit refunds once reservations have been secured. Reservations must be made in your FULL LEGAL NAME exactly as it appears on your passport and government-issued identification. Any fees associated with name corrections, airline changes, travel documentation issues, denied boarding, or travel restrictions are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Prices are subject to change without notice until your reservation has been confirmed and deposited. Monthly payments must be made on time to maintain your reservation. Failure to remain current on your payment plan may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all monies paid. Guests selecting double occupancy are responsible for ensuring their roommate remains current on all required payments. If a roommate cancels, defaults, or fails to complete payment, the remaining traveler may be responsible for any additional occupancy costs. Name changes are permitted up to the final payment date for a $50 administrative fee plus any supplier-imposed fees. Name changes requested after the final payment date are subject to a $100 administrative fee plus any supplier-imposed fees. A late fee of $50 per person may be assessed for any payment received after the final payment deadline. Any reservation not paid in full by August 31, 2027, may be canceled without refund.

SWAAT SISTERS

SWAAT Sisters in good standing will receive a 5% discount on travel. The discount will be applied on your last payment. Please utilize the discount code that was sent to you. If you are not a sister in good standing by the final payment date, the discount will be removed. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments to SWAAT Travels are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt. SWAAT Travels strongly encourages all travelers to purchase Travel Insurance to protect their investments. No refunds will be issued for the SWAAT Girls Trip.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Personal cancellations
• Illness or injury
• Family emergencies
• Work-related conflicts
• Airline schedule changes
• Missed flights
• Denied boarding
• Passport issues
• Visa issues
• Travel advisories
• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Any circumstance beyond the control of SWAAT Travels

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted for unused portions of the trip, missed activities, missed meals, late arrivals, or early departures.

EXCURSION OPTIONS

Want to join an excursion while in Saint Lucia ? You’ll have the option to select and make a deposit that goes toward the total. Full details will be sent out closer to the trip.

FAQ for SWAAT Girls Trip 

Can I book if I don't have a passport?

Yes, you can book! However, you will need to provide your passport information by April 1, 2028. Please send this information to swaattravel@gmail.com

Do I need to have a roommate at the time of booking?

No, you do not need to have a roommate at the time of booking. However, you must select a roommate by Aug 31, 2027.

When is the final payment due on my trip?

The final payment is due by July  8, 2027. Your balance must be paid in full by this date.

When will I have to provide my flight information?

You need to provide your flight information by August 31, 2027, 

Will airport pickup and drop-off be provided within my booking?

Yes, airport pickup and drop-off are included. However, you must provide your flight information no later than August 31, 2027, to schedule your pickup and drop-off.

Will an itinerary be provided?

Yes, you will receive an itinerary no later than 30 days before departure.

Do I have to know anyone to join this trip?

No, you do not have to know anyone to join this trip! You just need to be a professional, like-minded woman who enjoys having fun and needs a stress-free vacation. We plan everything; you just show up and enjoy!

Do I have to set up autopay?

No, you don't have to set up autopay. However, we do recommend it so you are not left with a large balance at the time of full payment.
