This inquiry page is your first step to building a custom vacation anywhere you want to go — from Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America all-inclusive resorts to South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, the South Pacific, and even multi-destination trips. Once you submit your details, I’ll dive into the research for you: flights, hotels, activities, transfers, the whole vibe — all tailored to your budget and travel style. You tell me the vision, and I’ll map out the perfect options so your trip comes together smooth and stress-free.

Booking Process:

  1. Select your travel planning package (Please select 1 traveler on the dropdown when choosing your package, as planning packages are per trip, not per person. You will enter the real number of travelers on the form under "Add traveler info.")
  2. Submit the booking request form under "Add traveler info". This is where you enter all details for your trip, including the number of travelers.
  3. Pay travel planning fee. See below for your options.
  4. If necessary, we may schedule a consultation call to narrow down what you want for your trip.
  5. Receive your trip proposal and make your selection.
  6. Submit your reservation form and trip deposit. Note: deposits are only available when booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your departure date (can be longer for certain types of trips).
  7. Receive your booking confirmation. Once booked, you will receive unlimited support leading up to your trip.
 
Please Note: If booking your trip within 30 days of departure, the following will be required: photo of your driver's license or passport & photo of the card used to pay for the booking with all numbers redacted (blurred/blacked out) except the last 4 digits and name.

Please Note: Flights are published only 11 months in advance. If your intended travel dates are more than 11 months away, we will not be able to quote Air and Land packages for you. You can either book a Land Only Package now if you want to lock in hotel pricing and book your flights on your own when they become available, or wait until 11 months out to request the Air and Land Package.
 

Travel Planning Fee Inclusions:

Pre-Booking:
  • 30-minute consultation call
  • Proposal of up to 3 resort options
Post-Booking*:
  • Unlimited pre-departure assistance (answering questions, making reservations, assisting with arrangements for special celebrations during your trip)
  • Thank you gift for lead traveler and guest
  • In-destination support as needed
 
*Post-booking services are not provided unless you have a confirmed booking with Dreams2Reality Travel Agency.
 

Terms & Conditions:

All travel planning fees are nonrefundable and are not applied to the cost of your trip. In the event you do not proceed with booking travel, the planning fee is still not refundable under any circumstances once a trip proposal has been provided to you. Travel planning fees compensate the Travel Advisor for the time spent on your consultation call, creating your trip proposal, and providing support for your booking. Post-booking services are not provided without a confirmed booking with Dreams2Reality Travel Agency. Travel planning fees are paid per trip, not per guest on the reservation.
 
All prices quoted on trip proposals are subject to change until locked in with the minimum deposit indicated on your trip proposal OR until the trip is paid in full if not eligible for a deposit. The turnaround time for trip proposals is within 24 to 72 hours unless otherwise indicated to you once your inquiry is received (complex trip request may take more time). If you do not receive your trip proposal within this timeframe, please check your email's spam/junk folder. If not in your spam folder, please send an email to dreams2realityta@gmail.com. Planning fees/packages are valid for a period of 30 days. If you have not booked your trip within 30 days, your request will be archived and you must subsequently submit a new request with a new planning fee/package.
 
By submitting a payment authorization for the travel planning fee, you agree to not file a charge back. Your authorization will be used to dispute any charge back fraud.
