Package Inclusions:

• 4 night All-inclusive stay at Planet Hollywood Resort. Additional nights may be added. 

• All meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) on resort only. 

• Resort amenities including pools, beach access, and activities 

• Round-trip ground transportation from the airport to the resort only

 

Deposit, Cancellation Policy & Fine Print

• A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is due at time of booking.

• Final payment for the trip is due by May 1, 2026.

• All payments to MooreTravel are non-refundable and non-transferable. MooreTravel has a group agreement with the resort and vendors that is non-refundable. This allows us to maintain the best pricing and amenities.

• Additional nights may be added please talk to your travel agent for options. 
• 2-bedroom Director Suite for large families can accommodate up to 8. 

• A fee of up to $50 will be charged for any changes to the booking in addition to any changes charged by the resort or airline.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today to lock in pricing.

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to present valid travel documentation. A valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the trip end date is required to travel. Please apply soon. Current processing time is 6-8 weeks. 

• The traveler is responsible for arriving timely to the airport for departure. MooreTravel is not responsible for missed flights, baggage fees, or other expenses incurred through the airlines.

• We encourage you to purchase travel protection to protect your investment.

• Your deposit may be increased when you add travel insurance, which must be paid in full at time of purchase.

• You can log into your client portal to review your account 24 hours a day. Please include your CVV in the note section of your subsequent payments through the portal.

• You will receive an invoice via email monthly. We encourage monthly payments, but they are not required.
