This escape is your time to sip, savor, and simply be. Imagine unwinding at beautiful vineyards, raising your glass to laughter, new friendships, and unforgettable moments that feel like pure luxury. Wear your cutest vineyard outfit, your favorite shades, and your carefree spirit. We'll handle every detail while you enjoy great wine, delicious bites, breathtaking views, and beautiful sisterhood. Because this journey is all about embracing ease, joy, and celebrating the life you're building. We will visit 🍇 Childress Vineyards, 🍷 Shelton Vineyard, 🍇 JOLO Winery.

Cancellation policy:

The $50 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. It holds your seat and is applied toward your total trip cost. 

If you need to cancel after paying your deposit: 

  • Cancellations will automatically forfeit the deposit, no further charges 
  • Failure to complete your final payment by September 1, 2026, will result in forfeiture of your seat. 
  • Cancellations made after September 1, 2026 — full payment is forfeited, no refunds issued 

Seat transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another person at no additional charge, provided you notify us in writing at melanatedadventurz@gmail.com before August 1, 2026. The new traveler must complete all required forms. 

Melanated Adventurz | B SEATED Tours & Tastings reserves the right to cancel the trip in the event of circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a trip cancellation by Melanated Adventurz | B SEATED Tours & Tastings, all payments made will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any personal expenses incurred, such as hotel bookings, time off work, or other travel arrangements
