🛑 About This Experience

The Blue Ridge Experience is a curated fall day trip designed for you to enjoy the North Georgia mountains without worrying about the drive or planning the day yourself.

We'll start at Mercier Orchards for apple picking and fall fun, then head into Downtown Blue Ridge for our Photo Challenge & Scavenger Hunt, shopping, sightseeing and free time.

Traveling solo? With friends? Bringing your favorite person?

Come ready to pick, shop, eat, explore and unwind.

🛑 Travel Protection

Travel protection is strongly recommended.

Busy Bee Travel Group is not a travel insurance provider. Please review all policy details carefully prior to purchasing coverage.

Faye Travel Insurance will be available as an optional purchase during the checkout process.

If you would like to purchase the Faye Travel Insurance option offered with this experience, it must be selected and purchased at the time of checkout.

Travel protection is optional and is not included in the cost of your Blue Ridge Experience.

 

🛑 Cancellation Policy

ALL monies paid toward this experience are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

No refunds will be issued for traveler-initiated cancellations, including schedule conflicts, personal emergencies, illness, missed transportation, weather concerns when the trip is still operating or change of mind.

If Busy Bee Travel Group cancels the entire experience, registered travelers will receive information regarding the options applicable to their reservation.

🛑 Transfer Policy

Reservations may be transferred ONE TIME to another traveler with prior written approval from Busy Bee Travel Group.

Approved transfers will incur a $50 administrative transfer fee per reservation.

The original traveler is responsible for finding their replacement. The replacement traveler must complete their own registration and agree to all trip policies.

Transfer requests are subject to applicable transportation and operational deadlines.

🛑 Important Notes

• Transportation departure times are STRICT.
• The motor coach will depart as scheduled and cannot wait for late travelers.
• Travelers must return to designated meeting locations by the stated times.
• Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
• Dress appropriately for October weather in North Georgia.
• Orchard activities and apple availability are subject to weather and harvest conditions.
• Guests participating in alcoholic beverage tastings must meet applicable age and ID requirements.
• Busy Bee Travel Group reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary, timing, transportation or operational adjustments when necessary.
