- TRS Coral Costa Mujeres-Adults Only-Guests booked in this area can access the entire resort
- Family Selection-All Ages Area, Adults staying here can access entire resort, including TRS, children under 18 are not allowed on the TRS Side
- Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres-All Ages Area, Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres guests are only allowed in this area of the resort. It is where the concert will be held and any other activities for 16 Candles.
What's not included:
- Trip Insurance-All deposits and payments are non-refundable it's highly recommended that you purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment. Your travel advisor Brian will share details about this and you can add it in your booking below.
- Flights; you are free to book your flights but you must provide the details to your travel advisor by December 2, 2024, a form will be sent out requesting this information. You need to fly into Cancun Airport (CUN).

Cancellation policy:
- The minimum age to book at TRS Coral is 18 years old.
- Any age can book at Family Selection or Grand Palladium
- Deposits and payments made on this trip are non-refundable.
- Rooms can accommodate between 1-3 adults depending on the room type. Per the resort policy, 4 Adults are not allowed to share a room.
- Rooms at the All Ages property can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
- Cancelations must go through the insurance provider and are subject to their policies as outlined in the insurance if purchased
- You agree to the terms and conditions detailed in the credit card authorization page.
