Make a holiday memory with us! Join Seat’s Taken Travel Co. for a motorcoach trip to Tanglewood Park’s Festival of Lights in Clemmons, North Carolina. We’ll enjoy the light displays together aboard the coach, with cocoa, a sweet treat, and the company that makes a Seat’s Taken trip special.

PLANNED GIFT VILLAGE STOP


We plan to make an approximately 30-minute stop at Tanglewood’s Gift Village, subject to traffic, operating conditions, and a safe place for our motorcoach to unload and reboard. If we are able to stop, guests may use available restrooms, browse the Red Barn gift shop, and visit S’moresville if it is open.

Gift shop purchases and s’mores are optional and are not included in your ticket. Your host will announce the exact reboarding time and meeting point before anyone leaves the coach. If a safe stop is unavailable or delays make it impractical, we will remain aboard and enjoy the lights from the coach.

 

TRIP DETAILS

Date: Saturday, December 12, 2026
Destination: Tanglewood Park Festival of Lights, Clemmons, North Carolina
Pickup: Raleigh area; exact location will be shared with registered guests

Guest check-in begins at 12:30 p.m. Boarding begins at 12:45 p.m., and the motorcoach departs promptly at 1:00 p.m.

We plan to make a meal and restroom stop before arriving at Tanglewood. Meals are at each guest’s expense. We also plan an approximately 30-minute Gift Village stop during the light display if traffic and safe motorcoach access allow.

Our return time may vary because of traffic and the entrance queue. Final pickup instructions and the day-of-trip schedule will be sent to registered guests before departure.

 

PRICING

  • Early Bird: $99 per person for the first 10 seats sold or through October 11, whichever comes first.
  • Regular: $110 per person from October 12 through November 22.
  • Regular-period book-together rates: 2 people for $215; 3 for $321; 4 for $425.
  • Late registration: $120 per person from November 23 through November 29, only if seats remain.
 

A $40 deposit per person reserves an early bird or regular booking. 

The early bird price and book-together rates cannot be combined.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All payments for Holiday Lights & Cocoa: Tanglewood 2026, including the $40 per-person deposit and any balance payments, are non-refundable if a guest cancels, cannot attend, misses the 1:00 p.m. departure, or chooses not to travel.

For bookings made with a deposit, the remaining balance is due November 30, 2026. If the balance is not paid by that date, Seat’s Taken Travel Co. may cancel the guest’s booking. Payments already made remain non-refundable.

If Seat’s Taken Travel Co. cancels the trip, guests will receive a refund of all amounts they paid to Seat’s Taken Travel Co. for this trip. The same applies if Down East Tours cancels the motorcoach service and the trip does not operate. We will notify the lead booker and provide instructions about the refund.

Traffic delays, changes to the timing or order of stops, or an inability to make the planned Gift Village stop do not constitute a trip cancellation and do not qualify for a refund.

Regular and book-together prices are based on the number of travelers on one booking:

1 guest: $110 total
2 guests: $215 total
3 guests: $321 total
4 guests: $425 total

A $40 deposit per person is due at booking. The remaining balance is due November 30, 2026. All travelers must be listed on the booking, and every traveler, including each child, needs a paid seat. Available October 12 through November 22, 2026.
