TERMS & CONDITIONS / TRAVEL SERVICES AGREEMENT 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with the Travel Services Agreement (“Agreement”) available at
https://www.dreamkeyvacations.com/terms-conditions, become effective between DreamKey Vacations, LLC (“Agency”) and you (including all travelers on the same booking who share the same household) (“you,” “your,” or “Traveler”) upon your electronic or written signature or payment authorization, whichever occurs first, and remain in effect unless terminated in writing by you or Agency.

By submitting payment or signing electronically, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable supplier policies.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By submitting your credit or debit card, you authorize DreamKey Vacations, LLC (or its agents) to charge such card for travel services and fees as agreed. You authorize DreamKey Vacations, LLC (or its agents) to credit any amounts charged in error.

You agree that you are responsible for all charges, including costs of recovery, if:

  • You close the card account provided

  • You initiate a chargeback for valid charges

  • Your card expires

  • Incorrect card information is provided

  • Payment is declined for insufficient funds

In any of these events, Agency may suspend or withhold services until all outstanding balances are resolved. Agency has no obligation to refund amounts previously paid as a result of suspension or termination of services.

You confirm that:

  • You are authorized to act on behalf of all travelers on this booking

  • You are an authorized cardholder

  • You will not dispute valid charges incurred under this Agreement

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

Planning fees, cancellation fees, change fees, late fees, reinstatement fees, and unused travel vouchers are non-refundable, whether or not travel occurs. These fees are separate from supplier-imposed penalties.

SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY

Travel services are provided by independent suppliers. Agency acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for supplier acts, omissions, schedule changes, or penalties imposed by suppliers.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the DreamKey Vacations, LLC Terms & Conditions, Trip Notes, Group Trip Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and all applicable supplier policies related to this hosted group trip.

- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

GENERAL TERMS
  • Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement have meanings set out in the Terms.
  • By clicking the submit button or signing below, you agree to pay for all our Services.
  • Planning fees, cancellation fees, change fees, and unused travel vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE, whether or not you decide to book travel.
  • All such fees are separate from the fees for your travel.
 
CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
  • By submitting your credit or debit card, you authorize DreamKey Vacations (or our agents) to charge such card for Services as of the payment date agreed between us.
  • You authorize DreamKey Vacations (or our agents) to credit any amounts that have been charged in error.
  • You are responsible for all amounts, including any associated costs of recovery:
    * If you close the credit or debit card account you provide to DreamKey Vacations;
    * If you charge-back any fees that were validly charged under this Agreement;
    * If your credit or debit card expires; or
    * If you have provided an incorrect account number or have insufficient funds at any time (including declination of validly charged amounts).
  • In any such event, you agree DreamKey Vacations is entitled to withhold all Services until you satisfy all payment deficiencies.
  • Agency has no obligation to refund any amounts previously paid by you as a result of suspension or termination of Services.
  • You confirm that:
    * You are authorized to act on behalf of you and all travelers on the same booking.
    * You are an authorized user of this credit or debit card; and
    * You will not dispute any payment of fees under this Agreement.
