Vacation Quote Request:
Thank You for inquiring about booking your next vacation with Your Escape to Adventure Travel Company. Please fill out the travel inquiry form in its entirety. There is a non-refundable research fee that MUST be paid before any research is started. Research fees are not transferred to the final payment of your reservation. Each form is for ONE destination and up to 3 quotes. If you would like multiple destinations, please fill out a separate form for each one. Once your form and research fee is received, please allow up to 72 business hours to receive your quotes. Quotes may take longer depending on the amount of quotes received. You will be contacted within 72 business hours to discuss your itinerary in detail, if more information is needed to get started. Please note not providing a budget can possibly delay the start of your research.
If interested in another destination an additional $25 research fee is required. All quotes are valid for booking within 30 days. After 30 days it will be considered a new inquiry & research fee of $25. Research fees do not guarantee quoted elements. In order to ensure the prices listed within your quote, a deposit or final payment is due. Prices for the approved destination within your quote can be updated when clients are ready to make payment towards their booking.
Group trips will incur an additional planning fee. Please select the correct fee and include the group details.

How To Book:
- Step 1: Select your package below and click 'Book Now'.
- Step 2: Select "1" for number of travelers you can add the number of travelers on the form on the next step.
- Step 3: Click 'Continue To Traveler Info'
- Step 4: Fill the form out in as much detail as possible about your trip. Here is where you can add how many travelers.
- Step 5: Click 'Continue To Payment'
- Step 6: Authorize payment for research fee.
- Step 7: Wait 72 hours for quotes to be sent to your email.
Quote Request:
Quotes will be sent via email within 72 hours of receiving your form. Once your form is received, you will receive one of three options to choose from based on your travel inquiry form. I offer two revisions to your quote (same destination) within 10 days of delivery of the initial quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee. Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 14 days of receipt of the initial quote, or face the risk of abandoning the quote request.
