📌 Booking Requirements

  • Once your form is received, a link will be sent to your phone to complete the FlexPay application. If you choose Afterpay, an invoice will be issued—both options are subject to approval.*

🧾 Invoices & Payments

• There is ONE invoice per cabin
  • We DO NOT split invoices
• Your total booking cost will be divided into a monthly payment plan
• Invoices are automatically sent 5–7 days prior to each payment due date
• Final payment is due: March 5, 2027

💳 Payment Policy

• All payments must be made through your invoice only
  • Invoices will be automatically emailed to you every month
  • You can make payments anytime and also pay more than the monthy payment amount as well.
• No payments will be accepted over the phone
• CashApp cards are NOT accepted

🛏️ Rooming Policy

• If you are sharing a cabin, you must book together under ONE reservation
  • You cannot book separately
• If your roommate cancels:
  • Your cabin will convert to single occupancy and you will have to pay single occupancy rate.
• The FULL cabin balance must be paid by the final payment date
  • If sharing a room, BOTH parties are responsible for ensuring the balance is paid in full

📧 Communication & Confirmation

• Please ensure your email address is correct and checked regularly
• Important updates and information will be sent via email

After your deposit is made and payment is processed:

• • You will receive your confirmation sent to your email.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all details are correct
  • **If you book after business hours, your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.**

⏰ After-Hours Payments

• Payments made after business hours will be processed the next business day
• Confirmation emails will be sent once processing is complete
