- Travel protection is not required but it is highly recommended!
- The cost of travel protection is due at booking with the rest of the total deposit. Purchasing the travel protection does reduce deposit due for your whole trip.
- Due to dates needing to be met with the room block, if you need to cancel after March 30, 2023 - you will want to have the travel protection. The insurance will ensure you get a credit or refund based on which travel protection you select.
- Please remember that prices can be subject to change until a deposit is made.
- The last day to reserve a room is by April 15, 2024 - If booking after April 15, 2024 it must be paid in full when booked.
- Rooms can be added after April 15. 2024 however, getting them and prices will be based on availability at the time.
- Final Payment on you reservation is due on April 15, 2024 or in full depending on when booked.
- Deposit amounts are due at booking and will vary based on if you select flights and travel protection with your booking. If you choose travel protection it does lower the deposit amount required at booking. You will receive an invoice showing your total amount due at booking. If it is not paid that same day, your reservation will be auto cancelled.
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required per room.
- The hotel is non-refundable unless you take travel protection to cover it.
- ** You must have a valid passport - It should be valid until Sunday, December 29, 2024 or later..
- Adams Global Travel does not assist in room mate matching. It is your responsibility to find your own roommate and ensure that they are making on time payments. Failure to make on time payments can result in forfeiture of payments and reservation.
- The price for each package below is based on SINGLE and DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. If you are going to have more than 2 people in your room, or any children, please contact us, as your package will be a different price.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you are booking a package with hotel, flights and travel protection your deposit will be different based on this from just the hotel deposit that will show up on the booking page.
- When Booking - Please read all options well. If room is a king or 2 beds please select your bedding request in the extra options. Please add all children in the extra options. Children 2 and under are free but still need to be listed in the room for the hotel. Select in the extra options if you want a package with flights and/or travel protection. Please note the max occupancy for the room when selecting one with children. They typically do not allow over that in a room unless 1 child is in a crib or possibly under 2.
