Travelmation Flights – Flight Monitoring & Management Service
Our Flight Monitoring & Management Service provides added peace of mind for both travelers and advisors by actively monitoring flight itineraries for:
• Delays
• Schedule changes
• Cancellations
• Travel disruptions
When changes occur, both the traveler and advisor receive timely notifications so informed decisions can be made quickly.
Our team also has access to airline support channels and tools that may allow us to assist with managing disruptions, protecting itineraries, and helping reduce travel stress when issues arise.
This service is designed to provide a more proactive travel experience and enhanced support throughout the trip.
• Standard Monitoring Service: $10 per person, per flight record
• Requests submitted within 10 days of departure: $25 per traveler, per flight record
• Requests submitted within 48 hours of departure or emergency travel situations: $100 per traveler, per flight record
• Involuntary airline-related disruptions requiring rebooking will be handled as part of the Flight Monitoring & Management Service at no additional rebooking fee.
• Voluntary rebooking requests: 4% of airfare with a minimum of $60 per traveler
While we actively monitor reservations and assist when possible, Travelmation Flights cannot guarantee prevention of delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, or airline operational disruptions.
Active flight monitoring for delays, schedule changes, cancellations, and disruptions, with timely notifications sent to both travelers and advisors. Includes support assistance when available to help manage itinerary changes and travel disruptions.
