MBS Xscapes LLC. helps create memorable, stress-free vacations for anyone looking to travel the world. We strive to offer the best experience by offering advice on your destinations, help create itineraries, and make your travel arrangements all while providing exceptional service. 
We book villas, cruises, full travel packages including Disney vacations, all-inclusive resorts, airport transfers, airfare, rental cars, events (concerts, sports games, etc.) and excursions/activities in destination! If you're celebrating a birthday, family vacation, bachelorette trip, girls' getaway, baecation, bros weekend, you name it, we are here to help you create the best vacation experience!

My name is La'Trese Hagan Sanders, I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I am a wife, mother of 2, and a Holistic Health Coach.  My passion for both travel and leading a healthy lifestyle are my major drivers. Travel offers a much-needed mind, body, and soul reboot in addition to time to explore and create memories with loved ones.  When it comes to researching and planning travel, friends and families often reached out to me to handle all the details where I take pride in carefully handling to make sure everyone had a memorable vacation.  Working With Us
  • All clients will receive a client inquiry form that will assist us in creating the vacation of their dreams! We ask questions that will help us get to know you and ensure we are creating a package that fits all your needs! 
  • Once we receive the client inquiry form, we will provide a proposal with up to three options! Generally, we focus on one destination but may include up to two destinations per proposal depending on the client's wishes! 
  • We do our best to stay within your requested budget. We are familiar with numerous locations and prices and have relationships with over 100 vendors and suppliers. Due to these relationships, we are able to provide best rates and hold some quotes for 24-48 hours.
  • We ask our clients to give up to 5-10 days to create an amazing package for them,
 
Fees
  • We charge a non-refundable retainer fee of $20.00 per person (up to 10 travelers) to begin the research and travel planning process. This fee includes
    • Our initial consultation whether that be over the phone (30 mins) or via email.
    • 30 days of planning service for researching and booking your villa, villa services (grocery shopping, chef, bartender, excursions, etc if requested), along with transfers to and from the villa, travel concierge services before, during, and after your trip.
    • Research and pricing for two locations,
    • Roundtrip Airport Transportation 
    • Full Itinerary planning, if requested.
    • Booking of your travel (Villa/Vacation Home, Airport Transfers, and Excursions/Activities) if requested
    • Flights for anyone other than the group leader can be booked for an additional fee.
    • Installment Payments (Breakdown and Monthly Email Reminders) for the group leader ONLY
    • Emergency Travel assistance during your trip
    • Villa updates if applicable
    • Travel Insurance Quote, if applicable
    • Once your deposit is made, MBS Xscapes LLC. will continue to service you providing updated emails, payment plans (if required), check in process, and in travel issues. If you decide not to book with us for any reason or cancel your vacation, our non-refundable retainer fee applies for services rendered.

Additionally, if your quote requires additional information, clarification, and /or revisions, you will be contacted with questions via the same email address provided. Please note that this fee covers this quote and 1 revision. If you make additional changes, an additional fee may apply.
