Booking Instructions

Please read carefully before reserving.

Step 1: Select Your Room

• Choose your desired room based on availability.

• If you plan to have a roommate, both travelers must reserve and pay their deposits on the same day.

• If your roommate does not book and pay their deposit the same day, you must book a single-occupancy room.

Step 2: Select Number of Travelers

• Select 1 Traveler if:

  • You will have a roommate and each person will be responsible for paying their own deposit and monthly payments.

  • Your roommate must also select 1 traveler and list you as their roommate on the form.

  • Do NOT select 2 travelers unless you are paying for both yourself and your roommate.

• Select 2 Travelers if:

  • You will be responsible for signing the contract and paying the deposit and all monthly payments for both yourself and your roommate.

  • In this case, the contract will be between the lead passenger and Caribbean Travel Queen only.

• Single Travelers (No Roommate):

  • Select 1 traveler.

  • Choose a room labeled “No Roommate / Single Occupancy” to receive the correct rate.

  • Do not select a double-occupancy rate.

Step 3: Complete Your Booking

• Enter your personal information.

• Sign the contract.

• Pay the required deposit.

• Once completed, your reservation is confirmed! You will receive a quote for your approval if you would like to add airfare OR if the rate increases. 

Payments

• After your deposit is paid, a payment schedule with equal monthly payments will be set up until the final payment due date.

• Final payment due date: October 1, 2026

Optional Travel Insurance

• Insurance is optional but strongly recommended.

• The full cost of insurance is due at the time of booking, along with your deposit.

• An insurance quote will be provided when you complete the booking link.

• If a trip is canceled with insurance, you must file a claim directly with the insurance provider.

Contract Terms & Conditions

• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. If your selected room is sold out, you will receive an email to select another room category.

• Rates are estimates and subject to change until the deposit is received. If the rate changes, you will be notified by email.

• A valid passport is required for travel and must not expire within 6 months of the return date. You may reserve without a passport, but one is required to travel.

• All payments are non-refundable for any reason unless travel insurance is purchased.

• Deposit amounts:

  • $100 per person (land-only)

  • $300 per person (with airfare)

• After paying your deposit, you may pay monthly or pay the remaining balance by the final payment due date.

• Reservations must be made using your full legal name as it appears on your passport. Nicknames are not permitted.

• Name changes or corrections incur a $100 change fee.

• If you book double or triple occupancy and your roommate cancels, you will be moved to the higher occupancy rate unless a replacement roommate is added.

  • Replacing a roommate requires a $100 name change fee, which must be paid before the change is made. Names can not be changes on airfare.

Changes & Cancellations

• All change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through your statement by clicking “Ask a Question.” or email Celeste@caribbeantravelqueen.com

• Phone calls and text messages will not be accepted.

• A $100 change/cancellation fee applies to all changes made after the contract is signed and deposit is paid.

• The fee must be paid before any changes are processed.

• You will receive an email confirmation with a payment link once your request is received.
