After submitting your inquiry form, you should receive your customized travel proposals/quotes via email within 5 business days if you're using our trip planning service. Every form is for ONE set of dates and ONE destination. Three personalized vacation plans including lodging choices, suggested flights (if any), suggested excursions, and costs for each will be sent to you. The proposals you get will expire seven days from the date of sending. This time frame allows you to pay in full or make a deposit, and your trip planning cost will be added to the cost of your trip. The fee becomes non-refundable after seven days.

If you wish to change destinations and/or dates after proposals have been sent, a new trip planning fee will be required, and any previous fee will be non-refundable and retained by Her Way Travel for services rendered.

Her Way Travel retains this fee for the time spent researching, pricing, vendor negotiations, customizing, and building your travel experience based on your unique preferences.
