Pricing and Payments

All pricing is based on double occupancy (two guests per room). Single occupancy is not available for this group experience.

  • Deposit:  $400 per room to secure your reservation.
  • Payment Schedule: 50% of total package due by August 12, 2026
  • Final Payment:  Final balance due December 12, 2026
  • You can make payments at any time.

Cancellation Policy:

All payments made toward this trip are fully refundable up until the final payment deadline. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.

If you cancel before the final payment deadline, all monies paid will be refunded in full. Once the final payment deadline has passed, the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual obligations with the resort.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected events. Travel insurance is non-refundable once purchased.

These deluxe rooms have recently been decorated and feature soft, muted decor, hardwood furnishings including a four-poster bed and a flat screen TV and a marbled en-suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. All rooms have either a French balcony or a private balcony. You can sip from a selection of Robert Mondavi varietal wines or choose from the fully stocked refrigerator filled with bottled water, juice, soda, and local beer.

 
All pricing is based on double occupancy. Guests can enjoy the Club Sandals concierge services to handle any special requests or reservations, private check-in, all-day room services and access to the Club Sandals Lounge.
