What We Do:

Sunflower Travel is a full-service travel agency specializing in personal service and value for your memorable journeys. Our agents assist a range of guests from Luxury to Adventure; Romance to Multi-Generational; and Couples to Groups. Sunflower Travel and our team has been recognized locally and internationally for their top-notch service, destination knowledge, and foundation of worldwide partnerships since 1969.


 
A non-refundable Travel Design Fee is Required On All Itineraries. Vacation planning involves much time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, and tours to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries. Your final itinerary and documents will give you as smooth a vacation as is possible. Once Sunflower Travel has constructed your itinerary, you are free to shop it on the Internet, or wherever you would like. If you choose to book your vacation elsewhere or your trip is canceled, the travel design fee will be retained by Sunflower Travel as payment for services rendered. A Travel Design Agreement is valid for 30 days. If you are unable to proceed with a booking after 30 days, a new agreement will be required once planning resumes.   All vacations arranged through Sunflower Travel offer peace of mind, as we are experienced professionals in the business of planning individual and group travel for sophisticated travelers who demand the most professional individual attention to detail and execution of a well-planned vacation.

We also include an exclusive, invitation-only Trip Plans App for your documents that include destination guides, photos, videos, maps, recommendations and so much more. We keep in touch before, during, and after travel with Travel Tips, Reminders for any Travel Requirements, and inspiring articles to get you ready for your getaway. Pricing for Up to 4 Travelers:

Examples: All-Inclusive Packages, Hawaiian Island, US Major Cities (DC, NYC, Napa Area, Miami, Tampa, etc)

Guided Tour/International Cruise | $150

ONE Tour OR Cruise, flights, & transportation

Examples: Trafalgar, Insight, Globus, Tauck, River Cruises, Mediterranean Cruises, Yachts, etc.

 

Custom Tour/FIT Up to 10 Days | $250*

Includes 3-5 hotel/resort suggestions, flights, transportation, suggested excursions, destination recommendations, and when applicable rental cars, trains, guides, etc.

*Not Applicable to Final Balance

Examples: Self Drive Europe, Independent Itineraries in Europe/Asia/South America, Self Drive USA

Custom Tour/FIT 11+ Days | Upon Request

Same inclusions as above. Great for multiple countries or in-depth experiences!

Air Ticket Processing Fee | From $40**

Per person fee for issuing air tickets only.

This fee is in addition to ticket cost and is not applied to the total.

1. Let's Get Started

Give us a call, stop by, or fill out our easy-to-use Travel Inquiry Form. We offer a COMPLIMENTARY 1-Hour Consulation at which time you can decide which planning service is best for you. Most of our Planning Service Fees are applicable to your Final Balance.

 

2. Our Proposals

Fill out our short Traveler Questionaire. This helps us get to know you, what you like, and of course, where you would like to go. Next, we send you up to 3 Custom Travel Proposals.

 

3. Ready to Book

Once you've selected your favorite proposal we'll make the reservations, send you the terms & conditions, payment amounts and due dates, and authorization links. Between now and your return to home we are available for advice, updates, questions, and more.

 

4. Bon Voyage!

Your Travel documents will be ready 2 to 3 weeks prior to departure via our COMPLIMENTARY Travel Planner App. This app includes all contact information, vouchers, city guides, maps, suggested sites/dining, & much more. We stay in touch before, during, and after travel to make sure you are taken care of every step.

 

Cancellation policy:

In addition to Supplier Cancellation fees Sunflower Travel may charge the following Cancellation Fees:

1- Cancellation of a Caribbean/Domestic USA/Mexico Reservation / $50.00 for each person included in the reservation

2- Cancellation of a Guided Tour/International Cruise Reservation / from $100.00 for each person included in the reservation

4- Cancellation of any Group / $75.00 for each person included in the reservation
