Includes roundtrip airfare coordinated by Dreamscape Luxe Travels with transportation included.
For both packages:
Transportation is included if traveling within the group transfer window
Arrival time should be no later than 3:00 PM on July 30, 2026
Flights outside the transfer window require private transfer add-on

Due to strict international supplier deadlines, all payment schedules must be maintained. Two consecutive missed payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Travel insurance must be added within 10 days of booking and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
With travel insurance: Refunds are issued minus the insurance cost.
Flights must be paid in full in order to receive any flight credit, even if insurance is purchased.
Without travel insurance: No refunds will be issued.
All travelers on a reservation will be cancelled if one cancels.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. VPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days of deposit date. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable. Each person in the booking must add insurance to receive full refund.
Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM local time of the hotel the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP+, you will receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the VPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees]. Non-refundable hotel rooms are not eligible to receive a refund or voucher if VPP or VPP+ are purchased. You must select VPI for this room type to be eligible for coverage.
