💳 Payment Details:

• $50.00 non‑refundable deposit to hold your space.

• Remaining balance due and payable in full by October 1st, 2026.

You can also use the payment plan option and pay your deposit ASAP of $50 as I have a lot of interest in this trip, and $83 per month starting in April 2026, until your balance is paid in full by October 1st, 2026.

2. Hotel Home2Suites by Hilton (paid directly by you at check‑in)

The room options for 2 nights:

• 🛏 King Size Bed + Sofa Bed – $512.

• 🛏 2 Queen Size Beds + Sofa Bed – $555 for 2 people

• 🛏 2 Queen Size Beds + Sofa Bed - $ 572 for 3 people
• 🛏 2 Queen Size Beds + Sofa Bed - $ 593 for 4 people

When we check in, you’ll pay directly to the hotel. No payment is due before arrival, but let me know your room preference.

3. Airlines (paid directly by you)
You’ll handle your flight costs directly, but I will assist you with flight times and recommendations to ensure you arrive and depart smoothly and in sync with the group itinerary. Please just ask and I'm always happy to assist if you need help with your flights.

4. Meals & Other Expenses
Here’s what is included and what is extra:

• 🍳 Breakfast — included daily at the hotel on Saturday and Sunday.

• 🥘 Food Tour on Saturday — includes sample‑sized bites which can be considered a light lunch. If you’d like more food, you are welcome to purchase additional items at your own expense.

• Transportation to and from the hotel for included activities only.

• Transportation is provided:

  • Hotel → Party bus location → Hotel on Friday

   

•  Saturday:

  • Ride from hotel to horse & carriage
  • Pickup after food tour back to hotel

  • If you choose not to use the provided return transportation at any time, you are responsible for your own ride (e.g., Uber)

  • Any transportation outside of what’s listed above is at your own expense

• All other meals, drinks, snacks, personal purchases, and optional activities outside of the itinerary are at your own expense.

We’ll be  staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton –

 Non-Smoking, with these room options:

Both options include:

🚐 Free airport shuttle (to and from the hotel)

  Incidentals:
  The hotel requires a $25 per day incidental hold on your credit card ($50 total). This will be placed at check‑in and refunded after checkout. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process back to your card.

  
  

   

Roommates & Payments:

• If you have a roommate, you can split the cost between the two of you.

• The split is between you and your roommate directly, and it will not be handled through Traces of Sunlight Travel.

• The hotel only allows one card to be used for payment at check‑in, so you’ll need to coordinate with your roommate on how to settle up between yourselves.

A Quick Note About Booking:

To keep everything smooth and organized, hotel rooms and all aspects of this trip must be booked through Traces of Sunlight Travel. Rooms nor activities can be booked independently with an expectation of participation in this experience with Traces of Sunlight Travel.

When this or any portion of this trip that I created isn't booked through me, logistics gets complicated, and it takes money out of my pockets for an experience that I worked hard to create for everyone.  That just isn't fair to me 😞.
