With the launch of email campaigns and the new inquiry page, we realized we had a decision to make: where do these features best live in TravelJoy?
We could have tucked them under Contacts, or even made them two new main navigation items, alongside things like Templates and Reports.
But as we talked to advisors and looked at some other features we'd already built (Opportunities, Important dates emails), we saw a pattern. These are all tools that help you grow your business and stay connected with clients between trips.
So instead of spreading four related features across different parts of the product, we created a dedicated space for them. That's the new Marketing tab.
One of the biggest themes we heard last year was that advisors wanted more ways to grow their business. When we hear that kind of feedback, we always ask ourselves: can TravelJoy solve this problem in a way that's meaningfully better than what already exists?
We explored dozens of ideas: everything from the email campaigns tool that’s launching today, to a small lead generation pilot test, to a full-blown website builder.
After receiving feedback from hundreds of advisors across different beta tests and interviews, we arrived at three conclusions:
That's what the Marketing tab delivers, with two new features and two existing features:
Alongside the two existing tools that are now moving into the Marketing tab, there are two new ones: email campaigns and the inquiry page.

You can now send marketing emails powered by your TravelJoy contact list. Share destination inspiration, promote seasonal offers, or simply stay top of mind between trips without exporting lists or juggling another platform.
With email campaigns built into TravelJoy, you can:
Our standard Pro membership includes 12 email campaigns to 300 recipients each per calendar year, with unlimited sending available for $29/month if you need more.

Think of this as a simple extension of your existing inquiry form.
It gives travelers a clear, simple way to learn about your services and contact you, without the effort of building and maintaining a full website.
With the inquiry page, you can:
The new Marketing tab brings together tools that help you stay in touch with past clients, reconnect at the right moments, and make it easy for you to give new clients a place to learn about you.
No extra platforms, no complicated setup. Just one connected workflow inside TravelJoy.
We’re excited to see how you use these tools, and we’ll keep improving them with your feedback.
