With the launch of email campaigns and the new inquiry page, we realized we had a decision to make: where do these features best live in TravelJoy?

We could have tucked them under Contacts, or even made them two new main navigation items, alongside things like Templates and Reports.

But as we talked to advisors and looked at some other features we'd already built (Opportunities, Important dates emails), we saw a pattern. These are all tools that help you grow your business and stay connected with clients between trips.

So instead of spreading four related features across different parts of the product, we created a dedicated space for them. That's the new Marketing tab.

Empowering you to market your business more easily

One of the biggest themes we heard last year was that advisors wanted more ways to grow their business. When we hear that kind of feedback, we always ask ourselves: can TravelJoy solve this problem in a way that's meaningfully better than what already exists?

We explored dozens of ideas: everything from the email campaigns tool that’s launching today, to a small lead generation pilot test, to a full-blown website builder.

After receiving feedback from hundreds of advisors across different beta tests and interviews, we arrived at three conclusions:

  • First, the fastest way we can help is by giving you tools to market your business to your own audience. Not leads sourced by TravelJoy, not an advisor marketplace, but simply just easier tools that help you promote your expertise. That’s not to say we won’t explore more ideas in the future, but this felt like the best way for us to help right now.
  • Second, these tools need to be simple. Marketing and re-engagement often fall to the wayside because they require time and, often, extra platforms. If we can make re-engagement easier, it can help more of you drive repeat bookings.
  • Third, we can help advisors be more productive by integrating these tools into their existing workflow. Your CRM already lives here. When these marketing tools also live in TravelJoy and are connected to your contacts list, there's nothing to export, sync, or manage separately.

That's what the Marketing tab delivers, with two new features and two existing features:

  • Email campaigns allow you to send marketing emails directly to your TravelJoy contacts, no exporting or extra tools needed.
  • The inquiry page is a simple, optional enhancement to your existing inquiry form that you can link to anywhere you’d like, and the inquiries flow directly into your TravelJoy dashboard.
  • Client reminders (formerly "Important dates" emails on the Contacts tab) are automated emails you can send based on your clients’ birthdays, anniversaries, and passport expirations.
  • Client opportunities (formerly “Opportunities” on the Contacts tab) uses AI to suggest clients from your past bookings who might be ready to travel again.

Two new tools in your toolkit

Alongside the two existing tools that are now moving into the Marketing tab, there are two new ones: email campaigns and the inquiry page.

Email campaigns

You can now send marketing emails powered by your TravelJoy contact list. Share destination inspiration, promote seasonal offers, or simply stay top of mind between trips without exporting lists or juggling another platform.

With email campaigns built into TravelJoy, you can:

  • Create emails in minutes with our drag-and-drop email builder
  • Send directly to your TravelJoy contacts, no exporting required
  • Manage unsubscribes to stay compliant
  • Connect with your clients and start getting repeat bookings

Our standard Pro membership includes 12 email campaigns to 300 recipients each per calendar year, with unlimited sending available for $29/month if you need more.

Inquiry page

Think of this as a simple extension of your existing inquiry form.

It gives travelers a clear, simple way to learn about your services and contact you, without the effort of building and maintaining a full website.

With the inquiry page, you can:

  • Set up a clean, professional page in just a few minutes
  • Link to it from Instagram, LinkTree, your email signature, or anywhere you promote your business
  • Send inquiries directly to your existing TravelJoy form, so every new client flows into your CRM

Making it easier to stay connected

The new Marketing tab brings together tools that help you stay in touch with past clients, reconnect at the right moments, and make it easy for you to give new clients a place to learn about you.

No extra platforms, no complicated setup. Just one connected workflow inside TravelJoy.

We’re excited to see how you use these tools, and we’ll keep improving them with your feedback.
