• Assistance with venue or restaurant selection
• Coordination of menu options and dining preferences with the venue (final selections confirmed by client)
• Scheduling and coordination within your overall trip itinerary
• Assistance with excursion selection and scheduling based on group interests
• Communication with venues and vendors regarding group details and timelines
• Guest communication and event reminders to ensure smooth participation
Services are provided remotely. On-site hosting and full event production services may be available at an additional cost and based on availability.
