Custom Quote Request Process
Travel Planning Fee
To begin your personalized travel planning, a non-refundable Travel Planning Fee is required. This fee covers the time and expertise involved in crafting a tailored itinerary that aligns with your preferences and travel vision.
What’s Included in Your Quote?
  • A customized proposal with three travel options based on the details provided in your request form
  • Two complimentary revisions within 14 days.
  • Additional revisions or new quotes beyond this period will require a new planning fee
  • Client feedback on quotes is required within 5 business days to avoid cancellation of the request
 
 
Delivery Timeline
  • Standard Quote: You will receive three tailored travel options within 3-5 business days once your travel request form and planning fee have been received.
  • Expedited Quote: If you opt for a rush service, your quote will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
  • Group & Specialty Trips: Complex itineraries, group travel, or special event requests may require 7-14 business days for completion.
  • Communication: Quotes will be sent to the email address provided in your request form. Please ensure accuracy and check your inbox regularly for updates
 
Securing Your Trip
To confirm your booking and lock in pricing and availability, a trip deposit is required at the time of receiving your quote. Deposits range from $50 to $1,000 per person, depending on the total trip cost. Prices and availability are subject to change until a deposit is paid. For this reason, we ask that you be deposit-ready when requesting a quote.

Cancellation Policy
The Travel Planning Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Travel Planning Fees cannot be reimbursed through travel protection.

Terms and Conditions: I authorize Remarkable Travel Experiences and/or its suppliers to charge the credit card indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

Travel quotes require a non-refundable $50 per reservation planning fee. $50 is due at the start of service. Payment is required to start service.  Providing your signature/or submitting this form   acknowledges that you understand the terms of this fee.

Expedited Vacation Planning Assistance

Travel quotes require a non-refundable $75 per reservation planning fee. $75 is due at the start of service. Providing your signature/or submitting this form   acknowledges that you understand the terms of this fee.

Group Vacation Planning Assistance
Available until February 3, 2034

This white-glove planning fee allows us to plan, research and book every element of your vacation for your entire group, all while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal travel style. A group consists of 10 booked rooms or 8 booked cruise cabins. We will provide you with a customized quote between 7-14 business days. 
 
Travel quotes require a non-refundable fee of $35 per cabin or per room. A $100 deposit is due at the time of starting services. The remaining planning fee balance will be collected at the time of booking. Providing your signature/or submitting this form   acknowledges that you understand the terms of this fee.
All prices provided in quotes are subject to change until a deposit is received. *

Event Planning Assistance

Deposit: $250.00 per person

Wedding or Event planning requires a non-refundable fee of $40 per guest per event. A deposit of $250 is due at the time of service. The remaining balance is due at the time of booking. Providing your signature/or submitting this form   acknowledges that you understand the terms of this fee.
